First let me say I dont write reviews often and that I recommend spending your money at Superior Hair Depot in Tri county.
I've shopped at Youngs for several years and never had to return anything but when I did it was a expirience that made me say I will never shop there again.
I baught a leave in conditioner there for $35.99 not including tax and went to Superior Hair Depot for some other supplies. They had the same leave in there for $19.99(about the same price as Amazon). So I went to return the one at Youngs not even and 1hr since I baught it. When I went to the register the Lady said all hair product sales are final. Mind you the man moved products covering the sign on the counter saying that all hair product sales are final and pointed to it. I'm writing this review because I think you should be aware of this $15 price diffrence and the negligence to make the sign more avalible to read for customers. Not to mention they only do exchange for same price items on their jewlry even if it dosent fit right making it difficult to get your money back.
Superior Hair Depot has a much better buying and returning expirience if necessary. And hopefully I can help someone not make the same mistake as me.
It was easy to find using the GPS. It had almost everything hair you might be looking for. I went to buy hair beads and some braiding attachments. At first I was confused because of the variety and there was no one to help tell the difference. Eventually I found the type I needed. They have lots of variety with no one to help explain or recommend,so you have to know what you want so you don't end up just picking something else.
I love this store! They are nice, they don't constantly follow you around. And if you do need help they are nice.
The only issue I had was when I asked about braiding hair and there where no follow up questions. I feel like there should have been more of, "what type of look "etc... and suggestive sale, for which brand/texture would be best . Over all great store! Very clean!

It was GREAT!!! They have the BEST selection for human and synthetic hair along with an array of color blends which I've only been able to find on the internet. I will be going to this hair store from here on out. The customer service was PHENOMNEAL and the prices were reasonable! I really enjoyed my hair shopping experience!!!
I buy all my hair here. Sew in, wigs and braiding hair. They by far have the best quality hair at the best prices. I have a wig that was 30 bucks that I can wash, curl and wear that looks new after 2 years. I have a total of 20 wigs from them. Service is good. The helpers are honest so they will tell u if a wig really looks good. They also have a huge selection. Return policy is no returns after 3 days, but I've never wanted to in the 3 years I have shopped there
I have shopped for nearly 10 years at this store and the owners are pleasant. Not the stereotype you hear about when shopping at asian owned businesses. BUT!!! They hire the most RUDE little wanna be grown little black and brown girls! I absolutely despise going there to always get greeted by nastiness. Last time! I told the owner and while he sympathized he was unresponsive. Taking my coins elsewhere! These stores come a dime a dozen!
