I wish there was an option for no stars at all. My yorkie was at this location for the first time yesterday and we left him under Steven’s care. He told me the service was going to cost $70 including teeth brushing. So far so good. When I came back to pick my dog up the front desk said the service was $85, I asked why and she said it was a “handling fee”. I was never charged for a “handling fee for my dog” before, he is sweet and never gave any problems to any groomers in his 14 years. If they had that fee they should’ve disclosed before the service as a possible charge. Since there was no previous disclosure they should’ve not charged this at all, as a first time courtesy for not telling me this in advance. On top of that, the grooming was not that great. Steven didn’t do a good job, he chopped his hair uneven and getting home I noticed my dog had the white part of his right eye completely bloody red, like someone hit his eye with something and a blood vessel burst. That’s why he was scared when he came home. OMG! I’m really upset and this was the first and last time I take my pet to this place. Be very careful who you leave your furry babies with.

We have been taking both of our dogs to Sophia for quite some time now. We find she consistently exceeds our expectations. Her grooming skills have exceeded anyone we’ve had in the past within central Florida. The not so new manager, Monica, has a vast knowledge of nutrition, and goes above and beyond to ensure your pets needs are met. I am a not so easily impressed pet owner, yet they continue to impress me with every visit.

Bad experience. We have tried on multiple occasions to give them the benefit but 3x now we brought our pup and the groomer is a no show, late or they have no groomer on site. It is a waste of my time and I am not going to put my pup through it again. Granted the front staff are super sweet and have always tried to apologize for all the mishaps in the back but I have witnessed the groomers reprimand the staff for not charging more, being incompetent, other families experiencing the same, etc. I will no longer tolerate the unprofessional conduct. When they first opened they were efficient and we wish Gabe was back on staff, she was amazing and is truly missed!!!

My wife took our yorkshire to the grommer and they destroyed her fur they cut all the york's fur, that's what showed a picture of how we would like it, they didn't even cut her nails, terrible grommer, they should be sued for that !

minha esposa levou nosso yorkshire para cortar aparar os pelos e destruíram o pelo dela cortaram todo o pelo da york, isto que foi mostrava uma foto de como gostaríamos que ficasse e mesmo assim nao foram capazes de falar que nao sabem tosar, pessimos grommers , nem cortaram as unhas dela horrivel, não recomendo para qualquer um, eles deveriam ser processados por isso!

Poor customer service. They did a really bad job with my dog, nails were sharp like a razor cutting through my skin, they were very hesitant to file and smoothen nails. My dog had few abrasions/cuts on her skin.

I think this place should shut down with how terrible they treat our furr babies. I don't trust them. I would like to see what goes on around there in the back. They don't know what they're doing and obviously don't care about animals.

They are kind and caring. Especially Sofia.

My dog is a huge diva BUT she has neurological issues that reflects on her mobility. So when she is in the middle of grooming and she gets stressed, they stop and wait for her to feel better.

Our Dogs LOVED their spa day! Posted a before and after pic of Bingley... he LOOKS so much better! Stella doesn’t get a haircut, she has spa day for the shedding.... they did an AMAZING JOB!!! Everyone who works here was AMAZING!!

I dropped the dogs today at 1.45pm for their 2pm appointment. I showed the groomers the pictures of what we wanted (posted) and we they totally butchered the cuts (posted). But not only that, I was supposed to get a text when the dogs were ready and after going at 4pm (not ready) I called at 6.10pm and the girl was like "oh, did no one texted you? Yes you can pick them up" like WASN'T THAT YOUR JOB? Then she asked for a tip 3 times and I finally said, this was AN AWFUL experience, we are NEVER coming back, NO TIP!! They even cut their eyelashes completely, like what?
