My husband went in to get his beard trimmed, faded and shaped up. He went in with a face full of hair (plenty to work with) and came back home with 2 cuts on his face (forgivable), the whole beard was crooked, it wasn’t faded, It looks horrible!!! It like two different cuts on either side of his face. Whoever shaped him up should be stripped of their license, if they even have one. He is in the bathroom fixing it right now. Then he took it upon himself to trim my husbands eyebrows. Did he ask you to touch his eyebrows?? NO!!! Absolutely unprofessional!!! And on top of all that it was $40 and my husband humbly gave him a $20 tip. A pic would be too embarrassing.
Great place to get cuts! The place is clean and the barbers there are really good! My man Heber gave me and my son haircuts and did a fantastic job ????????????????????????????????????????thanks bro. The owner O has been around for over 20 years and is very reliable! No complaints I would recommend!
I'm leaving this review for my husband he really likes the shop but they are not professional he's made several appointments giving them the benefit of the doubt but always gets let down they do a great job cutting that is no doubt but no one ever seems to keep appointments he's made appointments with a few different guys and none of them ever show up... He would make an appointment with one guy and then he wouldn't show so one of the others guys would take him and he's like the cut so he made another appointment with the fill in guy and then the next time that guy doesn't show... This place needs consistency.. he had the same barber for 5 years before we moved out here he is a very loyal customer if he likes your work...
It's amazing how even as a walk-in barbers are willing to always go above and beyond to deliver quality styles. The wait is not bad, pretty quick service, the staff keeps the establishment clean and the price is comfortable. Definitely a go to place to get a good cut.
My 13 yr old was charged $40 for getting JUST THE SIDES CLEANED UP ...my son asked for hair off the top off just a little and the guy ignored him. .dude was drinking beer right in my sons face while cutting him and was extremely unprofessional. To top it off he wanted a tip...gtfoh!
Went in on Wednesday to make an appointment for my 4 year old for Friday. I went at the time I promised and the barber didn’t even awknowledge me. Had someone in his chair that he had just started. Left upset. Lost a loyal customer. He’s given my son a cut before he’s good (chunky Hispanic male) but punctuality and appointments here is a no. They’re disorganized. Super corny.
Ray was AMAZING LOVE!!!!!! The hair cut on my meatball very patient with my 5 yr old it came out awesome was unsure about the town not from Holyoke and seems this whole town is scetchy but I was assured this part wasn't bad and I'm very very very Happy I took his advice ???? also stays open late so that was helpful as well
Great barbershop... appointments and walk ins everyone is treated with respect and well taken care of.. very clean and on time..would recommend this shop 10/10 times
