Absolutely phenomenal service, fast, affordable and efficient. Came in for a walk-in after work, got in very quickly and out just as fast with a haircut and beard trim. That was well worth the price. Highly recommend. ????
Staff is very friendly. Quality haircut. If you aren't comfortable with a quick, no frills cut, this isn't your spot. My sons and I go every few weeks. It's priced right.
Price is right! Super fast. Cut my son's hair just how he asked. They didn't guarantee the girls will come a calling but they strongly felt his chances improved.
I really love this barbershop. I take two of my boys here. Usually Tracy will do their hair, a 123 hard part fade, and it looks amazing on them. They were busy one day and the only girl that was available was her daughter, bryanna. She messed my 14 year old son's hair up,making it super uneven. I just took my almost three year old yesterday, and it was the same thing. His neckline was very uneven, the hard part or "the line" isn't prominent at all, can't even tell he has one. Behind his ears, where she trimmed, the one side is ok as to where the other ear is super bad. The one ear is shaved back about one inch from his ear and the other side is shaved about three inches, making it super noticable. I am not one to tell somebody if I don't like something, however, next time I take my boys back, I will definitely request to have Tracy do their hair, as she does a great job. With them raising their prices, it used to be ten dollars when I started going, and is now 15$, they should do a decent job. And they need to be a little more friendly and nice, especially if they expect to get decent tips. I don't mind taking my two boys and spending 50$ for two haircuts and tips, but the haircut needs to be good and the workers need to be more friendly and communicate with their customers instead of each other.
I took my two sons back to get their haircut, giving them another chance. Their hair looks really good. But the next day, I noticed that my 3 year old had a cut on his head. The lady, Sarah, cut his scalp while putting the hard part line in. It's about one inch long. That might have been the last time I take my boy's back. It's a shame because I really did like this barber.
Really good hair cut! Fast too! And friendly.
Only Traci and Sarah have cut my hair on multiple occasion.
Traci was extremely pleasant and was fun.
Sarah was nice as well.
The shop is usually dirty and the other employees seemed busy, nobody to sweep the floor between cuts, not even a spray of disinfectant or clippercide between cuts?
I will start by giving a 1 star for overall quality and cut.
The haircut itself seem rushed, the technique used was a bit faster than I would normally have liked.
As others have mentioned the initial cut was ok, but I can't say it was the best barbershop cut I've received.
There is no "old-school" barbershop pampering or hot towels, no warm shaving cream or straight razor clean up after the process, no mechanical massage equipment to finish, just a pair of scissors and clippers.
I will return for follow up cuts and see how it goes, if the cut improves than I will be bumping up stars.
Follow up cut was bad.
They touched it up after I came back and it turned out OK, not great but satisfied, but not happy with the quality of cut initially.
Fourth visit, probably my last.
Cut quality was very low, again it felt rushed, they don't really take into account each person's head, they just cut hair like it's the muscle memory doing the work and decisions regardless of how the hair avidly looks. (Whatever gets the next butt into the seat I guess) While still in the chair she asked if it was good, it wasn't. No blend skills, no cut skills with scissors, no notching, just a little bit of skill with the clippers but struggles to effectively flick out any of the hard transitions areas to blend properly.
She tried to fix but didn't seem to understand what was needed after the butchering.
When they use only one length clipper gaurd for the whole fade it's hard to get accurate blends that transition seamlessly without a very high skill level; you end up with a bunch of swoops and flares and a low quality cut.
Is it faded, yes, but poorly, is the top cut w scissors, yes but poorly. Will it grow back, yes but may take a few weeks.
I want to like this place soo much but the repeated lackluster haircuts really makes it hard.
Most guys don't mind the dirty floors, hair on everything, sitting in a plastic lawn chair waiting for the next hack job business model, but after a few visits I'm already tired of the same ole same ole from Waynes. So although this is goodbye for now, I hope it improves and I could consider a revisit.
Nobody wants to go the extra mile anymore. Sad.
Make Wayne's Great Again?
Awesome home town Barber, great haircuts, great company. In and out real quick!????
I just have to say, best haircut I have ever received. Don't let the small building fool you. This place is always a blast to go to. I love comming in jumping in a seat have a good conversation, and getting a great haircut. I have been comming here since I was 5. Best part is they have only raised there price $2 since then. $10 is not bad for a really good cut.
