Went to get beard trimmed before I left for vacation on 1-25-23 called the day before for an appointment with angel at 1pm. I got there at 12:45 he wasn’t there the guy working called him he was at Home Depot and said he would be back in 10 minutes.I waited another 15 minutes he calls back and says he won’t be back in and if I could come back tomorrow or have the other guy cut my hair. I couldn’t because I was leaving the next day for vacation. I made the appointment with angel because he trimmed my beard before and I trusted him and didn’t want it screwed up before vacation. The guy that did it did do a alright job but not what I wanted Very unprofessional and will never be back again!

Barber of over 30 years retired so I tried Wayne Cutz out today. Went in for a haircut Barber said regular haircut trim I sais yes and next thing I knew it was worse than getting a crew cut at 5 years old, Very unhappy, and out $30.00 They will never see me again. Maybe if he talked to me instead of the other barber in Spanish the whole time He would have known what a trim is!

THE PLACE: is a safe environment, clean and spacious with a parking lot area on the back. The salon share the space with the barber shop. Book your appointment or just walk-in.

STAFF: very friendly, talented and knowledgeable. Crismely is an expert colorist, she give you a perfect Dominican Blowout and can give you recommendations about products for your hair’s needs. María helps Crismely at the salon, she leave your hair very clean and even give you a head massage while washing your hair. They both speak English and Spanish.

Price: average price per service. I have long hair -lower back length- and I paid $50 for wash/ rollers/curly iron.

SERVICES: wash and blow dry, Keratin, Deep condition, color, haircuts, hair extensions, etc. She also can do natural curly hair treatments, haircuts, etc.

Clean and friendly , but I think they only do modern clipper cuts.

I asked for a scissors cut, and got a botched job - the left side of my head is not cut at the same length as the right and there's a terrible line I'll attach some photos.

This is by far the worst haircut I've ever gotten I'm going to shave my head to fix it.

Great customer service great atmosphere and my barber Miguel always gets me right I just moved in Michigan not too long ago at first I struggle to find a barber but then I went to Wayne Cutz and I'm happy I did

Before I begin to give my honest opinion the true business owner is his wife. She did a wonderful job for my daughter's hair for her cousin' wedding.

we had a wedding and I was promised cuts for the boys ,Angel in specific. It had to be perfect

Not only did he pass my boys along to the inexperienced cutters. Boy , each cut was horrific... uneven, too short some places uneven and this is even after showing Ang a picture of what he wanted.

still it came out horrifically enough to throw up the towel.

We lost lots of respect and money not going to a huge important wedding when my eldest refused to attend the wedding because of his ridiculous haircut. He said never again

If I could give a negative star review I would first off I understand if you are running behind but an hour after our set appointment time is alittle excessive also I showed them pictures of what I wanted and what my son wanted they definitely cut all of my hair off that I have been growing out for a specific haircut and they also cut my sons hair very uneven then put some nasty gel in his hair to cover up their mess up on top of that they acted as if I wasn't speaking English when I asked y they cut the length off my hair very unprofessional and they just do what is going to make them money they don't care about customer satisfaction at all DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT SPEAK THEIR LANGUAGE YOU WILL LEAVE IRRITATED

Reviewing this place on my brothers behalf. The haircut was semi par and he asked for his eyebrows to get trimmed and they nearly took them off. Steer clear of this place.
