Very disappointed. Even though the stylists are good at what they do they were very rude. I was treated like I was a non paying customer. Don’t expect them to honor your appointment. They forget and will take other customers and make you feel like it was your mistake. I didn’t even complain I was just confused why two people were scheduled at the same time. A simple apology would have been enough. Instead I was embarrassed and talked about in Spanish. Yeah, if you don’t speak Spanish don’t expect to be treated well. Won’t be coming back there’s plenty of hair salons.
I have spent an insane amount of money getting my hair done in the city. Just for the convenience because it’s near my job. Today, I went to see Gladys. She changed my look, and how I feel about myself. Not only was it life changing- albeit time consuming but it was worth it. She takes her time. She is professional. The whole place is just unmatched- you can’t get service like hers anywhere. You must must must go there. Her staff is incredible. The entire experience was awesome, and I got some nice products too.
Since I discovered this place I have only come here. Javier is my stylist, he is very professional and detailed with his work, if you want a change of look ... he is the right person !! They use good quality products. The place is very clean and pleasant. Recommended.
Today I came to this location early in the morning and Ms Madelin the angel that took care of me did not let go of my hair until it was impeccable! It took her over 7-8 hours and she did it with so much love and passion and most of all patience. Amazing service, I have never been so pleased with my hairstyle ????????♀️. Thank you so much!!! Definitely recommend

This place has talented stylists, honestly they are experts on hair color! Specialy Javier, he is the best hair stylist I have ever had!! Check them out, don't take my word for it! feels like an upscale salon without the big prizes , you won't regret it . Highly recommend!
Needed a trim Asap! Called Friday morning and had a Saturday morning appointment right away. Didn’t know what to expect but Jamie took very good care of me. He listened and delivered exactly what I was looking for. No regrets about trying VIP. Great place and reasonably priced.
