Money wasted they don't listen to what you want. I had to tell them over and over again that the water was too hot or the towels were too hot. I asked for different designs and I don't I don't think I will be returning to this establishment until they can learn to do better .

I have gotten great nails in the past from this place. But this time they really messed up my nails. I asked for basic gel white French tip nails. The most basic and easy design. Which apparently this guy could not do. He tried to be lazy and use the white press ons so he would not have to paint them on. When I had asked for them to be painted.I started crying out of stress and discomfort. That’s when he responded to me being upset about them after I had told him I did not like them. That’s when he took them off. Then when it was time to do the white tip. He did one side way to thick and the other side small like I have asked. When he had to redo that side he managed to cut my finger so badly I was bleeding. He even tried to re file the cut which I had to back away from. it’s like anything I asked him to do he would do the opposite. Finally when I was done I just started crying from stress. To then realize that the top of the paint on the nails is already chipped. My cuticles are dry and cut way to much as well. And a radon glitter sparkle on my middle finger. None of the men in this faculty actually care. Only the woman staff have done what I have asked for with no problem. I recommend Bibi. Out of anyone here.

Lumpy nails are a no go for me. Have given them plenty of chances and it’s always the same. Nail tech bumped my toes and just painted over it and left them so bad. They used to be THE place to go but not anymore.

First time visit and will be going back. The pedicure was awesome!! Even though it was Saturday and they were very busy, I felt pampered.

Nice, clean place. The staff was friendly. They did a great job. Had the deluxe pedi with regular polish.

Today, I went in for a simple gel manicure. Sat down at 2:50 and was released to pay at 3:08. They had me in and out in 18 minutes. They did not soak my hands, clean them up, clean under the nail, shape them... and the tech argued with me about why he couldn't do the white glitter that was shown on one of their example nails. Then after he was "done" one of the nails wasn't fully painted with the clear and he argued and said it looked dull because of the lotion... even though I had just washed it all off. He finally painted it with clear again. They charged me $30 and honestly, I shouldn't have paid.

Also, every single time I go- they literally never have the color I choose... they usually just try to match it with the closest color available.

Will not be back.

This maybe my new favorite salon!! My nail tech Crystal was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time!! She made sure not to hurt my nails as well.Along with acrylics I also got my eyebrows tinted, she did a great job!!!! I walked in and was squared away and seated in less than 10 minutes! Over all a 10/10 experience.

Love the people and the service here. I can request just about any design or style and they will make it happen. I've waited to be sure it was consistent before posting and this is the 6th or 7th visit and will continue to visit. They aren't overly priced and don't rush through service just to get to the next person.
