Incredible selections, and great customer service. I passed this business so many times, until one night I needed some hair care items. I was very impressed with the selections!

Mi madre y yo hemos ido a esta tienda durante años, me atrevo a decir que era nuestra favorita pero hay una chica colombiana de cabello lacio color caramelo que en dos ocaciones nos dió un trato muy malo, es indiferente, grosera y muy antipatica, si preguntas sobre algún producto solo dice “no hay” y se da la vuelta y te deja hablando solo o te ignora cuando preguntas sobre algún producto, es despota y arrogante a más no poder. Personas como ella no deberían trabajar para lugares como este, esta chica los llevará a la ruina. No volveremos a esta tienda de nuevo hasta asegurarnos de que ella ya no esté.

Surpassed my expectations. Found the hair brand I had been having a hard time finding and even the second option I was considering was available. Items are very well organized and neatly arranged with a lot of brand options

This beauty supply actually has everything. I was looking for a very specific color braiding hair and i went to two hair stores before this one . Luckily it’s pretty big and their selection is amazing . Love this store

Very large selection, employees do not make you feel unwelcome.

Only problem I had was a makeup product that I bought and when I opened it to use it for the first time it was broken and in pieces.

I just visited this location to pick up some hair clips. All the clips was priced 2.99. Then when I get to the register the guy rings up two hair clips instead for 7.99 each. The lady then comes out and changes the price to 7.99 and then quickly puts it the bag. I asked to see the price that she changed and let her know that she just changed that price. When I ask to buy one of the other hair clips that the associate brought to the register that were priced 2.99, She still consistently tried to over charge me at 7.99 each. Do not support this business. Very dishonest and sneaky!

I went into the Venus beauty supply store today, a little before 12:10 in the afternoon.

The Hispanic lady at the counter with straight black hair, said a quick hello and quickly turned away. This type of fake greeting is enough for her to say she greets customers but her persona is not genuine AT ALL!

She Lacks professionalism and showing that she wants to be at her job to assist customers is not her intention. She is running your business into the ground! Her bad attitude can discourage customers from coming back.

The Asian woman was very helpful when she came to me and asked how she could assist with any products that I was looking for
