I went here today for a fill and the lady did it in 15 minutes. She left gel on the sides of my fingers. She didn’t file them correctly. Some were pointy and some were round. She put white under the neon and the neon didn’t cover and there’s lines under the polish. She didn’t paint the tops or sides of my fake nails. They look horrible and I paid $37 for a fill. I will never go here again…. I already want to go get them redone.
I love love love these nails. I recommend Vicky! She did such a great job! She really took her time and made sure to take good care of my cuticles too! Been a while since someone took their time doing my nails.
They do great work… however on 4 separate occasions I’ve made an appointment, been on time for my appointment and had to wait an additional 30 mins to an hour for my technician to get to me. Why am I making an appointment if I still have to wait? Why am I still paying full price if you make me wait over an hour? I have no problem paying full price and I tip phenomenally why am I waiting like I walked in. I will not be returning.
They added their own tip after I paid a cash tip. Called to settle it myself but the person I spoke to said it was all the credit card companies fault. Unfortunately thats not how tips get entered in to the charge. I disputed it with pay pal and got my unauthorized tip back. I will not be returning.
My husband and I both got pedicures really relaxing and will be back. I also got full set pink and white with some nail art and they look amazing. Would recommend this place.
Nail Tech Changed Prices of the simple Nail set that was given. was told $55 Before Nails Then after at the register was told $69. When asked why so high they said taxes. plain Color.. Square ends that dont look the greatest but if you do the math thats .25 cents of ever doller they charged us when sales tax is .065 for of ever doller here in Elyria. No Receipt was givin. They Took advantage of a minor Female on this. We called them and gave them choices Either full refund.. Give money back over the Original price that was given or a discount on the next Visit. They choose to Give discount on next appointment. So Be aware of what your getting and always ask for the paper receipt.
I came in Wednesday September 1 for a fill. I wanted matte top coat and after putting normal top coat he said “oh yea you wanted matte” and put it on top of the clear coat. Not to mention my thumb on the other hand is really lumpy. It’s been 2 days. Not even a full 48 hours and the matte was peeling off. I came in on my lunch break after calling and asking if they were busy for a polish change. They said no and I was in the door within 5 minutes. I has to wait half an hour because the gentleman who said he would fix it took a walk in pedicure before me. Then they charged me full price for a polish change. Will not be coming back.
First time going here and I'm in love! I was in and out very quick, not even a half hour for a full set, tech answered all my questions about gel too. She said afternoons are always busy so make an appointment for less of a wait. I would highly recommend them. She kept checking her work and asking if everything was okay or if she needed to change anything with the shape or length. I love my tech Andy, hes in #1! Been going to him for awhile. They do amazing honest work. Very clean too!
