They literally charge for every single thing meaning the shape of the nails, extra length, and all none of the extra charges are posted on the price list in the window. Not to include I checked my card transactions this morning and instead of $84 showing on the receipt they charged me $100. Will not go back there and get my nails done cause it’s way over priced and work is not even that good
I used to ask for manicure but never got one. But my nails always look good! I get acrylic & chellac! Usually lasts 2-3 weeks before I need them filled. Cost about $55. Photos taken 3 days after got them done!
When I got to the nail salon I was very rushed to show them the picture of what I wanted. The man was very rough especially when cutting down the acrylics. It looked nothing like the picture I showed him and he added a detail we didn’t ask for, nor was it on the picture. He charged extra for the design he added. While he was drilling the nails he kept dropping my finger which but me in pain. Overall I give this place 1 star.
Worst nail experience ever! I got an overlay with simple polish. I left looking like I already needed a fill in. $55 for me and even more for my daughter. She got a full set and a design. She took hers off the next day because they looked terrible. When I inquired about pricing, she rudely told me to look outside the window. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I spent over $130 for nothing. NEVER AGAIN!
Just look at the photos they tell the whole story. I said to the tech several times she was putting on too much polish. She ignored me the first time then told me she would “fix it” at the end. Horrible!
1. Late (by more than 2hrs from our appointment).
2. Stuffed my fingers into a tiny silver dipping cup to remove the old gel polish.
3. Ignored my original request for a pedicure (which I was later grateful for).
4. And had someone sitting in my seat in under 30 seconds after I got up to wash my hands.

Got a fill in just about a half inch with no top coat... they charged me 40 dallor that is very high that is half of what I paid to get then done with a sliver line and top coat gel
I've had wonderful experiences when I visit here. Haven't been disappointed yet with my nails ????.
First time there. They gave me room temperature water too soak in. Other than that it was ok until the end when I was ready to leave. My Gel polish wasn't covering toes very good and I wanted her to fix it. Instead of taking her time she decided to use to different lights at the same time. When she messed up one she began to talk to me like a kid. I remained calm and still tipped her when I could have just walked away without giving her anything. I will try them again at a later date.
