I never pay someone to do my nails because I usually do them myself. My nail tech was super friendly. She asked what I wanted to do so I showed her the first picture (black with white and marble nail art) she said she could do. She added tips and one tip was obviously super crooked, she thought cutting it would fix it; we had to soak it off and put another one on. She proceeds with the acrylic service and the shaping wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the best. My index finger looked more stiletto than sharp almond while the rest were almond. Then after she’s done with the acrylic she tells me she can’t do the marble design I want with matte top coat and I was just like ‘umm what?’ So I picked a different (second picture) with a few changes. I didn’t want the silver glitter thumb, I wanted it black and change the pinky to silver glitter. Then add the nail art to the other two nails. Well if you look at the third photo, that is what I left with. I was beyond frustrated and just wanted to pay and leave. I soaked them off myself when I got home and redid them myself (last photo) and obviously you can use a matte top coat over marble nail art.
Im leaving 2 stars because I also got my eyebrows waxed by another person there. They were so nice and did an amazing job.
I asked for square shape on my toes. The technician said no your nails are nice. I said but that’s what I want she got annoyed and trying to go back and forth with me. She was ruff drilling my toe (acrylic big toes). She had to change drills. I asked her to turn the drill down she said it’s on 7. When I told her it’s okay I don’t want a pedicure just a color change. She tried to continue with the pedicure. Then she was full filing my skin with the hand file. She said “I haven’t seen you in here.” I told her I come here. Definitely will never return. I’ll take my money else where.
1. They don’t put a top coat on regular polish…
2. They cut my toes so that I will get ingrowns
3. They pressured me to get gel toe nail polish instead of regular
4. The dip on my fingers was rushed and messy so they are growing out all janky.
I gave two stars because if you’re in a pinch they will probably be able to help you within an hour of arriving unlike some other places in town.
If you are getting any typa designs don’t they do good on solid colors….the Shape and the actual acrylic is perfect now designs not so much. My opinion.
The best my nails have ever looked! EVER! Tracy was the sweetest and most accommodating lady! Will definitely be making my way back to see her again! Highly recommend!

I have used Connie a lot to do my nails and toes and eyebrows and I highly recommend her and she’s really sweet
Did exactly what I asked them to do would definitely go again and they were very gentle
