First time coming here. Decided to try the mall because everything was booked due to Mother's Day. Our party got three pedicures, all basic. The sign said that pedicures were $27. I asked for an acrylic set, and I asked them to use their own mannequin hand model design which had a matte finish. I did not ask for gel nails. Instead the lady who did my nails put gel on and the design has a glossy finish which looks really weird given the design. Some of the design also fell off within 2 hours of my appointment. They charged me $70 for these nails. The lady messed up on the gel so there are parts of the nail that have smudges and the colors don't match. I don't mind paying when the quality is good. I still tipped well because I appreciate that they were able to fit us in, but I will not return here and I do not recommend this location at all unless you don't mind having sloppy nails. In regards to the pedicures, they didn't even paint all of my children's toe nails. When I saw my daughter's toes half of the toenail was not painted. It's a shame because I would definitely have been a repeat customer that would tip well, but I won't come back again. Save your money and go to one of the shops that has a better reputation in the area. Photos were taken of the DAY OF our appointment. Terrible quality!
Zoom in, my nails looks like they are a week old but it’s same day nails ☹️ first time getting my nails done and I am a bit disappointed and I don’t think the colors go, the girl was nice but I think she could’ve done better with all the experience she has it was $57. Also idk if they clean up your cuticle well to me she didn’t I had to do it at my house myself after ???? sad first time

I saw no sign that the nail techs cleaned any of their tools. My nail tech pulled a used nail file/buffer from the drawer of her station. My cuticles are nicked and bleeding, shape is wrong, no symmetry, and the clear coat is thick, rough, and bubbled (zoom into the attached photo)! At the end of my service, I showed the owner my nails. Her solution, another thick coat of clear coat to “try” to smooth the surface. I couldn’t find a license for my nail tech. I reported this business to the state board.
I got a gel french tip pedicure so the basic 27 dollar package plus the French tip in white. I went somehow from 27-37-47 in end total plus a dollar for running my card which is a bit crazy for an established business in a mall where the primary source of money is card. I could have handled the extra dollar and I was okay with being quoted 37 for gel french tip but to go from 10 dollars extra to 20 dollars extra is absolutely robbery I tried disputing but the nail tech just repeated herself and then said something to the cashier in Vietnamese and then ignored me. I'm only doing 1 stars because she did do an okay job but never again I refuse to have quotes for something that is standard I need that price written down so I don't get ripped off again. Never again will I go here.
I’ve been to a few nail salons for a pedicure. This was by far the best place to experience a pedi. They take their time including dipping your feet in a wax machine which is amazing! I’ve never had that happen in any pedi salon in which it was only a Basic treatment!
I love this nail salon! Everyone is so very friendly. They are highly dedicated and do excellent nails and pedicures!
They have the worst customer service ever, this girl cut my nails too short cuz she obviously cant speak English and charged extra $5 for it and to remove it extra $5 . The short guy here the second we walked in he wouldn’t even welcomed us. I mean no one did. This is worst place I’ve been too.
I come here all the time and I left today super dissatisfied. One of my nails came off while in the salon and instead of reapplying a tip they did acrylic on top my natural nail only which would not have been a problem and I said I wanted my nails shorter. However I was forced to shorten my nails and the staff member that did my nails shortened the finger so short that you can tell compared to the other ones. I left very unhappy. I did not want to make a scene because you were so busy but at this point I want to go to a different salon and get it fixed. Yes I tipped him because I can’t just walk away and not.
