I got a fade by this younger guy named Andrew. He was very impressive. I’m very picky with my hair and he gave me one of my best haircuts I’ve ever received and even educated me about my hair/head I’ve never knew in 36 years. Highly recommend him and it was highly worth the price and tip!
I am just going to put it like this, If you are not booking your clean up at Upscale you are doing it wrong. K9 who may be the manager knows how to run this shop. It is family oriented, ample seating and the best part is there is never a long wait.... When you schedule your appointment in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, but you may find yourself waiting awhile if you don't have an appointment. Take it from someone who has been to Barber shops not just all over the country, but all over the world, Seriously the best I have been to
Went in once before on a whim because it's close to the house snd I only have weekend availability couldn't complain the kid was younger and he did a good job I'm not all that picky. However today trying to be a little more in and out on a Sunday I made an appointment willing to take whoever was available only to get there and find out they can't or don't use the app on their website and they filled my appointment and then offered to do it tomorrow. Obviously that didn't work for me the. Offered to give back my original appointment and I just wasn't feeling it after seeing they had a full waiting room and apparently only one guy who "just started" don't wanna say they're bad but also wouldn't recommend it to anyone they got a lot of figuring out to do for sure.
Did a nice job and didn't rush through it. I'll be returning.

Best in Port Charlotte. Hands down. Every barber in there is great at what they do, and I can personally vouch for Vinny. If you’re in the Charlotte county area in need of a haircut, don’t hesitate to stop in Upscale Barbershop. 10/10
Keep in mind, this was my first visit. I stopped by on a whim today, and I was greeted promptly. The guys asked me if I was waiting for anyone in particular, I wasn't. Gentleman who's got the chair closest to the door had me sit down. He wasn't very talkative, but hey, Mondays... I got one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time!! Im very happy with the way he cut my hair, and he spent at least 45 minutes on me, getting it just right. Going in blind, no appointment, this guy never seen me before....I got a great cut. And for $15 bucks?!?! I'll be back!!!!!!! Well done guys.
I’ve been looking for someone who actually knows how to cut a mullet and finally found him! Darwin cuts hair like no other, definitely has talent. Never rushes and always gets it perfect every time. Upscale is the place to go and meet up with Darwin to take care of your hair needs and wants.
