Overall it was ok, kind staff. However they booked so many people for the same time and we all had to wait a little bit longer. And I think they need to get better quality nail polishes since mine last long only for 20 hours. They didn’t respond my online request; which is understandable due to busy work schedule. I had to call in around noontime to schedule an appointment and they booked me for 5pm. Thank you.
This has been my go-to place every two weeks for years for pedicures and gel manicures. I have never been disappointed. The owner Mia knows her customers by name and makes everyone very welcome. Roy does a fantastic job and I hope he never leaves! The quality and little extras at this place really set it apart and I’m glad it’s so close to home. Definitely call for an appointment because they’re almost always busy.
Very clean with a calm atmosphere. Great dip manicure with parafin and a short back massage included. Will be returning!
I live in Boston and I come all the way here to get my nails done. I brought my 3 year old daughter too to get a many before we went to Mexico they did such a good job too. I've been coming here for 2 years. This is home for my nails. Thanks girls.
The team at Unique Nails are gentle and considerate of the fact that feet are sensitive in so many different ways. Although they are not the closest nail salon to me, I definitely drive the extra two miles to go to them. Super recommended!
Had the best manicure experience which completely turned around my day after a really awful week. They immediately took me as a walk-in, had a huge selection of colors, and then Kevin did a fantastic job with my dip powder manicure (+ quickly and skillfully taking off my old dip powder without damaging my nails!). As a fun surprise they also did a paraffin wax dip and a little mini neck massage while the paraffin did it’s magic. I moved to the Stow/Acton area during the pandemic and have finally found a nail place that rivals my fav in Back Bay. 10/10 experience, will absolutely be coming back here ????✨
Loved it from the minute I called!
I was craving a last minute pedicure & unique Nails was looking clean and modern! They had an appointment for me within 15 minutes and welcomed me kindly with my pedicure station ready for me.
There was no smells, it was beautiful and simple. They did however have a menu of upgrades to make your experience even better.
The massage chairs were relaxing and my classic pedicure (only $35) included an amazing massage with warm stones (this technician had a great touch!) and also included warm parafin dip for my heels while my toes were painted.
I felt like a million bucks and would tell all my friends and family and come here for some pampering.

Did not take off prior nail polish!!! Exfoliating was not done well. This place has gone downhill. Response to owner: sorry your annoyed by a bad comment but when I come in for a pedicure I would hope the previous nail color (red) would be taken off. I have red nail polish around my cuticles. Also I do not know who the tech was, she did not introduce herself.
