An awe-mazing place to go to get your nails done..Ask for Angie Diamond Dior..and she will get you right. Awe-mazing nail tech..you'll not be disappointed with her work. I'm definitely partial..????

Others might be good but she is the best hands down.

This place used to do a great job, however my latest experiences have been horrible, so I will never return. I had acrylic nails done Wednesday, and the same evening the nail felt like it would pop off, and by Sunday the nail was separating. I noticed the guy doing it put on the most minimal amount of nail glue and on the very tip of my nail to the point that it didn’t even stay on as he was gluing the others on. I’m also a licensed cosmetologist, so I know how nails are supposed to be done. I also had a pedicure, and I asked if the guy knew how to do nail art. He said yes, but proceeded to do a struggle flower on my toe. Cost me a total of 153 and so not worth it. Worst experience and terrible service. I won’t be returning.

Edit: Also I paid for gel polish and it was chipped the very next day ugh… Cannot express how overpriced the service is for the value. My advice go to Serenity nails on Thompson. You get better service, the nails last longer and you get the quality you pay for.

I have been going to Ultralux off and on since they opened… the location is very convenient for me. In the service Industry it’s not uncommon to have a good experience with one service from provider in a bad experience with another service provider. That’s how I feel about ultra luxe. All of the males that I have had work on me are rough, they rush and do a terrible job…. Every time I’ve got a female I’ve been pretty pleased! A few really good ones are Fiona, Linh(Lynn), Kim,

and I’ve just recently started seeing Diane! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Diane! She really takes her time, and pays attention to detail! That’s exactly what Im looking for in a nail tech! She’s so kind and accommodating, and getting an appointment with her is very simple! Im so glad I had a friend that recommended her! Also, the citrus pedicure is amazing! All photos are Diane’s work.

Friendly staff. I felt very good about my service and trusted them enough to even try new things. My skin felt great after my pedicure and massage, my nails and lashes had me feeling like THAT girl!

Most horrible rude service ever. Sent my daughter in there to get her toe nails painted and they charged her $45 just to paint her nails. Told her a pedicure was $30 and she did not even receive that. Only painted her

toenails then rudely dismissed her when she asked about the overpriced session.

They always do a great job on the girls nails. Even if Kala asks for a design, they are always ready to make suggestions if she doesn't have a specific design in mind.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. I sat for 20 minutes in a massage chair that didn't even work properly before anyone even came to do my pedicure. When she arrived she quickly trimmed the edges of my nails and put some paraffin on them and disappeared for 10 minutes while she did other treatments for more customers. She then came back and rushed my pedicure in about 8 minutes and then said I was done. I paid $40 including the tip and it was not worth it at all. My nails all had sharp edges and someone else had to correct her awful service. I will not be back!

Gorgeous atmosphere. So relaxing. Super nice staff. Stylist Chris Stacy did amazing job with my sister's hair and the nail artists are great. Especially liked the complimentary wine and the pedicure chairs. Elegant setting with affordable prices. Definitely worth every penny.
