This place is amazing! Customer service was excellent and they took their time perfecting each nail. I came here with my sisters, cousins, mother & grandmother. They were willing to accommodate us all on short notice and did an excellent job with everybody. I will definitely be coming back!
Atmosphere is calming. Ty did a wonderful job on my nails. He took time to listen to me. Kindly suggested a fitting style to my taste. Friendly,personable and patient. Impressed with the outcome. Ty is truly a professional all around. Nails are strong and not to thick. Efficient.
Stopped on my way home from work and got my nails redone today. TY Nails did such an amazing job! I've been going since September but they outdid themselves today. They're so friendly and quick every time I've been in. Appointment or walk in, I get the same great service.
Added a star because of their communication. Nice nails, got exactly what I wanted. Didn't have to repeat myself multiple times, when I didn't want base coat on my ring finger they listened. They even let me put the right hand pointer finger on how I like it myself (I'm peticular). Not too chatty which was nice. I was a walk in - no appt. I came in with bad cuticles & cuts exspecting it to be painful, but it wasn't bad at all!
I like the nails, they're exactly what I asked for. A little wobbly on the lines and not perfectly centered, but this isn't pinterest. They did the dots good, but the flowers are a bit wonky with a gap in one. My OCD doesn't like that they're off centered but their really close you can't tell. The nails and polish are a bit bumpy (some hair particles under the polish) They got my ring finger straight! (A lot of salons make it point upward)
The only thing I wasn't happy with was the price. 75$ for a full set of acrylic with gel paint and design on each nail. I did not ask for Gel, they just started putting it on and I paid since I didn't stop them when I had a chance, (I was already being a lot for a walk-in). If I knew the price ahead of time I would've risked doing the design myself. I feel like I irritated the crew on a busy day.. So I appreciate their patience with me!
Happy Birthday to Doan. She did a magnificent job for this tribute to my daughters, and a couple others. I'm always happy with her patience and working with me to create something memorable. Always an amazing massage and this time needed acrylics to do the job for the right effect. Always a terrific experience, and no nasty nail salon smells.
They were very helpful and did an amazing job on my nails!
They were quick and polite to myself and everyone who came in. They actually soaked off the gel to avoid nail damage !!! Great experience, will be going back:)!
