This place restored my faith in the art of hair styling. Presley did an amazing job on my hair and put me at ease which is not easy to do when it comes to my hair. Hope I never lose contact with this artist as she is definitely a keeper!
I’ve been visiting TRUE for over 10 years. When I relocated to the Hawaiian Islands, I would intentionally wait until I could come see Maile (my-lee). When you feel comfortable enough to sit in her chair for a cut and color and simply say “Work your Magic” with no requirements, and your hair turns out amazing… GOLD MINE! ????
The ambiance alone is so welcoming. No “quiet” whispers of internal catty drama. Just your local hair guru’s working their magic. It’s like going over to your best friends house to hang out kind of feel.
Not to mention they have the sweetest little boutique in the waiting area where you can buy local hand crafted jewelry as well as other local treasures in the off chance you have to wait.
10/10 hands down Walla Walla’s Best Salon ????????♀️
I just had a pedicure appointment here with Elize and it was a terrible experience. She was uptight, not friendly at all, and didn’t provide the service that I asked for., I could’ve done the same thing she did at home for free. It seems more like a hair salon than anything and I would not recommend coming here for getting your nails done. There was no care being put into the work being done.
So happy with my haircut.

I haven't gotten a hair cut in a very long time and I'm pretty picky when it comes to getting my hair cut. Today Cassi did a wonderful job cutting/styling my hair and she is so friendly! We did a Long-Bob and then she added some curls to give it a little more uuumph! I love this hair cut, it makes me feel great :) Highly recommend this Salon to anyone looking for fantastic service! Located in Eastgate behind Joanns Fabrics.

True Hair Salon is one of the BEST hair salons in Walla Walla, WA. The owner is a peach and as we use Tina (I'd call her a "hair expert" is a sweetheart. Both my husband and I feel the same. Whether you are a new comer to Walla Walla, visiting and needing great cut, or even a resident...True is True to your hair.
The place was so nicely decorated and all of the employees were amazing. I got a great haircut and was tempted to buy some of the beautiful jewelry that was shown throughout the store. 6 out of 5 stars. Will definitely go again!
