Very nice and patient people a lot of people try to take their kindness for granted and get over on them and walk out and don't pay and then try to put bad reviews on here but I have been dealing with Tracy nails for over 20 years and they're wonderful.
My pedicure was great. My nails (Dip) are horrid. On the 2 nd day of having my nails done they began to chip and change colors. The gentleman who did them did a horrible job and I will not return for future services.
Me and my husband were the first ones in the nail salon. He and I needed pedicures. I also needed a fill-in. while we were getting our pedicures two other women walked in for pedicures. They finished my pedicure started on my husband. I got up to pick out my colors and two other women walk in to get nail services for their hands.the gentleman ⚽ started on the two ladies hands while I sat and waited for the daughter to come polish my toes. instead of her polishing my toes she started on the ladies pedicures. I sat about a an hour and a half waiting for her to polish my toes then another half an hour waiting to get my nails filled
This business is very UNDERSTAFFED ! They will have you waiting at a chair for 30-45 minutes before you get serviced. They are money hungry. The manager did my nails but left to do someone’s eyebrows while I was waiting and this guest arrived AFTER me. He even left my card in the machine while doing so. My card was charged twice and I only received $100 worth of service. My coffin shape is messy because he was rushing. But it’s my fault for visiting a small business on a Saturday . I will not be back because your service over the years has downgraded.
Tracy was the one to do my nails and feet. She did a very great job especially when my feet were in such bad shape from abandonment. I felt comfortable and I was satisfied. My polish still looks fresh today
Lady did a terrible job on my feet! deluxe is a waste, they do not have bags for wax everyone is dipping their feet in same wax very unsanitary!! I Do not recommend yes you get in an out and that may be only reason ppl come because they do not do good nails!
I got my eyebrows waxed and this man literally ruined my eyebrows they were bleeding and so uneven. Horrible Job. Don't waste your time or money. I will never return or recommend this shop.
