I went here twice in the past and had April for my haircuts but since she isn’t here anymore, I had mine done by Tina. They have the best prices I’ve seen and I always am satisfied with my haircuts after telling them what I like. Tina is really nice. She’s flexible on openings so when I called she got me a spot right away.

As always, it's always a pleasure to come to see Tina. I've known her for 40 plus years. She's been my stylist for at least 20 yrs of that. She listens to what you want and proceeds to tell you if it will work for you or not. Always pleased with the outcome. I would say to call herald giver her a chance, you won't be disappointed.

I just moved to Gainesville for college and needed a quick trim after work. I found Total Image Salon then called to see if they had an opening. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and a "Hey how are you?" from April. I was seated right away, April and I discussed what I wanted done to my hair for a few minutes then she went right to work. I'm exceedingly happy with how my hair came out!! On top of that I was only charged 30$ for a shampoo, trim, and style! Total Image is now my go to salon and I highly recommend you give them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going here for about 3 years now, and I always have a great experience. I have thick hair and went from long to medium length, and got a great haircut and blow dry for $42 in about an hour. I brought pictures of what I wanted, Tina cut my hair and Gail blow dried it, and both did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend this salon.

I have been going here for almost two years now and April is a truly great stylist! I brought in pictures of what I wanted and she was very honest about how we could achieve going light blonde without totally wrecking and damaging my hair. She is a very kind and hard working person and I always enjoy chatting with her. She also makes herself available if you have any questions or concerns about how to best take care of your hair after you leave. On top of all of that, the prices are incredible and it is definitely the best value I have ever found for a cut and highlights! I couldn’t recommend her more! (The photo is my most recent cut where I decided to go darker again for the fall/winter, so she suggested a demi-permanent so I can go light again without damaging my hair as much!)

Amazing experience for an unbeatable price!

April was my stylist and she was incredibly nice, as well as attentive. She answered all my questions about upkeep. She also asked me thoroughly about the length and communicated her methods as she was cutting. I haven't had professional cut in over 3 years and she did wonders! I was completely satisfied, and she told me even if I wasn't, to come back so she could fix it. These lovely ladies have years and years of experience and I would feel 100% confident going back. It was a professional cut at the lowest price in town, highly recommend giving it a try :)

April was extremely friendly, she took the time to figure out what I wanted and what would work for my hair. It's the best haircut I've ever had, if you're looking for a place with skilled staff and fantastic prices, go here!!

March 2020: When speaking to some of the stylists you may have to stress exactly what you want several times before you let them do anything. My recent haircut was well done but exactly the opposite of what I asked for. Not happy but this is still a wonderful salon.

FIRST HAIRCUT I'VE RECEIVED IN A WHILE THAT I DIDN'T INSTANTLY REGRET! As a guy with curly medium-length hair, I had been searching for a reliable barber that wouldn't just cut off most of my hair and give me the typical jock military cut. After a recommendation from my sister (who also really loved her hair), April really listened to my suggestions (which were admittedly vague), and gave me a haircut I absolutely love. She was friendly, skilled, and gave me a fantastic haircut at a very reasonable price!
