Update: Thanks for the rapid response!! They were held onto Please run your camera back! Walking in they were holding my hands! They sat on a box in the middle of the floor to keep from constantly being talked to!! I couldn’t put on a wig cap with kids in my arms! And her concern wasn’t for my children if so it would of been more sincere than what it was. Either way it goes the experience was horrid! Talk about southern hospitality!!

Horrible Experience! If I could give it no stars I would!! Visiting from out of state I figured I’d grab a few items I’d forgotten. I walked in and the sales associate told me they didn’t carry the brand I was looking for but I was more than welcome to look around. I proceeded to do so. Accompanying me was my mother in law and my two toddler children (2,1). From me walking in the sales associate reminded me they can’t do that, oh they can’t touch that, Oh they can’t be back there. Obviously!! I’m holding on to them yet still trying to look for what I came for, my mother in law as well. I’d had enough and decided I’d only purchase the cap I’d already put on my head to try a wig. I walked up front to pay and need a quarter so I ran to my mother in law to grab one. By the time I can back my daughter (1) has a packaged bonnet in her hand and the owner was telling her daughter to take it. Already infuriated, I snatched the package from my daughter and the owner went off accusing me of snatching out of her daughters hand. Either way I got what I needed else where! They don’t care about the people (families) they sell too beware of them!

Harmony is amazing she helped me through everything, I came in stressed wondering what I am going to do from going to a bad stylist and harmony gave me tips through the whole time I was in there told me what to do to fix it when I go home she was showing me everything I needed and telling me what to do and what not to do!!! I highly recommend you come here and ask for harmony if you need help she will guide you through it . nd top 1 beauty supply y’all have an amazing employee that cares about y’all’s customers if I need any tips this is the place I will go and harmony will be the one I look for period ❤️❤️❤️

Went in to buy a wig and had no idea what I was doing. One kind young woman was sweet enough to teach me how to wear it, what to buy, and she cut the lace for me. They have a beautiful selection of wigs and other beauty supplies!! Definitely coming back

I really love this beauty store. I've been going here for a little over a year. I always get my lashes here. They have the largest selection of lashes I have found anywhere for the best prices. I have also found great quality in their wigs. I appreciate the point system provided that adds up to receive money off. I like the covid protocol like mask requirements regardless of vaccine status, and hand sanitization requirement upon arrival. I love that I am remembered by name and greeted with a smile. For all these reasons I remain a loyal customer. I recommend top one to all my friends!

I've been shopping at Top One for years. I literally pass umpteen beauty supply stores just to get to this one. From their quality product selections, to their TOP TIER customer service, this store is legit AF. I'm not here to discredit anyone's bad experience with this business, but I have only ever been treated with the utmost respect when I walk through their doors. Believe me, I'm hyper vigilant of the treatment of my people in all settings. Never once have I thought they were profiling me, etc, and I've roamed this store plenty of times unmonitored and unharassed. Now they will get in your a$$ if you are in there trying to steal (which I was present for at least once), but they are not remotely racist at this store. Like... Not at all. Keep up the great work y'all.

Me and my daughters second home!!! We love everyone there. Anyone who says less is weird lol. So friendly caring and loving. Very knowledgeable about hair care!! Been coming there for almost 5 years I think lol! We love yallll!
