My mom and I love this nail salon and the people!! They get to know their customers and show their appreciation for them. The free handed nail designs are the BEST! Definitely worth switching if your looking for a new nail place ????

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in for a wax today and waited 40 mins for a job that took her 5 minutes to do! She wouldn’t wax anything else because she said I had an attitude. Attitude, yes! I waited a long time for a quick half done job. She refused me service. I paid then left. I went back in to tell her she did a horrible job on my wax after looking in my car mirror. She attempted to fix it. Still look a mess. How you work in customer service then refuse service to a paying customer? You should be ready for whatever attitude comes your way. Her attitude was rude and nasty, talking about mine. I gave attitude back to her though. I’ll never return to this business ever again. She better be glad I didn’t wanna go to jail and I had my daughter with me!

I got my nails done by the real petite lady. I didnt get her name but her attitude was NASTY!!! & my nails are definitely NOT what I wanted. She didn’t even take time to file my nails completely so they look bubbly!!! & was also targeting a young child being extremely unprofessional fussing at him to sit down & it was a customers child!! Would NOT RECOMMEND HER. The other ladies however were so sweet!

Not personal, not friendly, and the work looks awful. I ONLY went in to have two nails fixed. My regular nail tech is 1.5 hours away and I just wanted to get my nails fixed quickly. Worse decision ever mad. The tech was very cold, rude, and did an awful job. See GIGANTIC, ill-shaped nail. Also, it was $14. Well over-priced!

Update: I was able to schedule an emergency nail appointment with my normal nail technician. We found out that the substance used was NOT real acrylic. I lost $14 and time--be better than me. Don't waste your time.

I've been going to this nail salon for a few years now. I can always go in and the wait is not long. That's a plus. They have a great variety of colors but the prices are different each time.

I am very satisfied with Top Nails! They do a Great Job and their work is QUALITY that LASTS! My daughter and I will not go anywhere else EVER! Thank You to all the staff and owners! This is an Amazing business! ????????????????

Very friendly atmosphere. Love going in getting my manicure and pedicure at Top Nails. Never had to wait very long.

Went on July 3rd, they were busy but not to bad. Nice atmosphere and when it was my turn service was very good. Nice color selection, and best of all is close to home, with front door parking. I will be back
