Your experience depends on the professional you get service from ! I have mixed experience. Couple of times my nails were very nicely done. There were times when the nails were not properly cut or filed. The place is very friendly and we could feel the calm ! Overall experience is good !
I love that they are always accommodating and well staffed! If you find a tech you love be sure to book your appointments in advanced.All the techs I've had have been great. I typically get acrylic with the powder dip and regular pedicure.
Went in to get a specific acrylic set, she did them pretty fast but came out nothing like the picture.. wasn’t too much of a big deal until they started lifting two days later. Went back in to see if they could fix them but were kind of rude about it and blamed it on them being matte. I’ve gotten matte acrylic before and they never lifted this fast. So she told me to do glossy and to find a different color? Which I wasn’t going to fight her on so I went with it. After she finished I noticed how much WORSE it was. First, she didn’t put a base coat on.. Second, she didn’t fully take off the other color so you could see pieces of the other color underneath. And third, she made my cuticles bleed.. it was like she was doing it on purpose to be petty about it. I don’t live in the area, but if I did I honestly would not go back.
The only positive, and it's a big one- pedicures for 2 in a private room. The main room is madness and that's the only way I can get any peace. Average quality at best.

I get gel polish manicure and pedicure. I've had great experiences here, as well as the worst manicure I've ever had. I ask for Tanya or Kelly, and they're fabulous every time! They are great!
I just went to have 3 nails fixed was there on Sunday. The girl said she would fix her mistake and 1 hour later she is finally done, she asks for $$15. I said why are u asking for payment when the work was not the best and couldn't even last 1 day. I told her I never have been charged before however the manager wasn't there so she got the last $$nail money out of me. Maybe next time don't ask for payment on your shotty job. And remember the customer is always right!!! Please try and do better!
This is the third time I’ve been here and every time got worse. My sister loves this place and they do amazing on hers every time. Mine have been messed up every time. I just moved here from Kentucky and am looking to find a home salon.
1st time- ring fingers were uneven. One was long and skinny and the other was short and a lot fatter. I asked for coffin 3 times and she still did square and they were crooked also. No biggie, took it as a loss due to the fact it was Friday and busy.
2nd time- I came back 9 days later because two had began to come up at the cuticle. I asked to be fixed upon getting a fill-in. I was told regardless of if I got them fixed, it was going to continue to break because of the length of my nails. I’ve always had longer nails and have never had them break this quick. The staff was super rude to me about my concerns.
3rd time- I go in for a fill in, and the whole process was a disaster again. Both ladies I talked to were also rude. My nails has bubbles in them, three of them aren’t straight at the top, they’re lumpy. The lady didn’t do my cuticle part at all so my nails are literally laying on top of my cuticles. In my 15 years of getting my nails done, this is by far the worst place I’ve ever been.
