I am changing this review (a few months after receiving their services). I feel I was a bit unfair and have to correct myself - especially after comparing their results with a different cleaning company that I recently used.

Honestly, these guys (Toledo) are amazing. For the price they did a truly outstanding job. Only a couple spots were missed and they quickly sent someone back (for free) to do a touch-up.

These people went the extra mile - they cleaned every single room plus inside the microwave, oven and fridge. This place looked beautiful once they were done.

Definitely booking again soon. Thanks Toledo.

I hired Toldeo to clean my sister's house after she hosted my bridal shower there. I asked if they could come in early the following day on Sunday to help with the floors and bathrooms. Although they typically do not provide services on Sunday they made an exception. Michelle was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. The pricing was fare. I wasn't able to see the finished product myself as I had to fly back to NY but my sister came home from church that afternoon to find her house in impeccable conditions. She was so happy with the services they provided and plans to use them again. I highly recommend them.

I hired Toledo cleaning services to do some junk removal and a deep cleaning of my 2/2 townhouse I had rented and had moved out of after a year and half. So you can imagine after moving furniture that had sat in the same place for almost 2 years the home needed a good clean. Not only were they professional, on-time, and did a great job cleaning but the customer service was amazing. Michelle spoke to me every step of the way as I was coordinating from another state. They made it so easy if I hadn’t moved away I would 100% use them again.

These people are fantastic! They do a thorough job and will exceed your expectations. Left my elderly mother-in-law's apartment cleaner than it has been in a long time. Do not hesitate to hire them! Many cleaning services out there but THIS ONE really CARES about doing it right. You will not regret using Toledo Cleaning Services.

Excellent attention to detail. Michelle, whom I spoke with over the phone to set up the appointment, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The women who cleaned the house did an incredible job and were very kind. Our home looks amazing and we will definitely be using them again!

I needed the rental home I was moving out of cleaned asap. Michelle was able to book a last minute appointment and less than 24 hours later I had a squeaky clean house ready to hand over to the landlord. Outstanding service. Excellent communication. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I booked them last minute. Sent a video of my home and exactly what I needed to be done. Michelle handled everything and was extremely professional and personable. Im pretty picky when it comes to things being cleaned. But the ladies arrived on time and did a great job on my home. They worked diligently and did not waste time talking nor were they on their their phones. While I would have liked for the communication barrier to improve we still got the point across when certain questions were asked. I am glad I took a chance as I will be sure to use their services again and recommend them.
