I absolutely love this place and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm always happy with my experience and my services. I can't say enough good things about Tom and Christine. Just really good people. They are so patient with me and always make sure I'm satisfied because I'm super picky and half the time don't know what colors i want lol. I'm the worst and they're the best haha!
Got acrylics here today and i love how they look! All the staff there was so friendly and made sure i loved what i got. I’ve been here before to get gels which has also been a positive experience! I will be back.
Easily my favorite nail salon in st. Louis. When I moved back to the city I tried four different nail salons before I found them. Christine is amazing and everyone is super nice and friendly. This is the only salon so far where I can trust if I ask for a design they can actually do it plus they're one of the only salons I've seen offer hard gel as an option. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
I will absolutely never go anywhere else. Everyone here is very talented and friendly. Tom is my go to but Christine , Vivian, Helen, Nora are all amazing as well.
Pedicure didn’t even last a week. Made an appointment. Didnt matter. They took people back before me. My pedicure was lack luster for being 55 bucks. She hap hazard cut my toe nails and then the nails are slightly angled. Massage lasted 4 minutes. No exfoliation. My manicurist looked annoyed to even be doing my nails. Wouldn’t waste my time, energy, or money. I went since they had such great reviews.
My nails overall looked great. I got the dip nails done Vivian did such an excellent job. Plus the shop guarantees if there is a chip or anything in the next couple days they will go back over it. Great customer service and their prices are good!
During the pedicure, the nail tech caused a lot of pain. I yelled ouch once! Both of my big toes were infected because of the pedicure I received from this establishment. I had to go to the doctor and was put on antibiotics. They wouldn’t even cover my $50 copay. It was not a good pedicure either. I posted pics of infection.
We get the best service and the team here treats us just like family. Oh- and they are so talented!!
