Very happy with the service at this salon. Very kind people and understand. I couldn’t tip and told them I would be back to tip them when I got paid and they still did amazing and treated me as if I tip well. I came back and tipped them very well after I got paid. They were so thankful! Nails are perfect everytime. I let them do anything they want and they impress everytime! One one issue was my polish chipped one time and they fixed it right away and was happy to do so.
My nails started to peel after 2 days. They only used one thin coat of gel. While they stretch their products. They still charge competitive price. It is not fair for me to pay 40.00 and still need to get my nails redone in 2 days. The one star was for his personality.
I really liked how the employees were working with me. I liked their customer service and their attitude.
Two of the guys that were there did my pedi and manicure and my nails look on point. 100% recommended.
Prices are reasonable, nothing crazy
I was on a time crunch and the staff had two people to work on me to have french tip acrylic nails and french tip pedicure. The staff were friendly, thorough and fast. Loved the finished job. They got me in and out fast. Definitely will go again.
Let me explain why I love love love this place. I had a mommy daughter day with my 5 year old and it was difficult to find somewhere out here that would execute what I wanted and what she wanted. Even though she couldn't get what she wanted she settled for what she could get and they did an awesome job. Now my nails let me tell you I had the same issue buuuuuuuut I showed her the picture and she got darn close I was so impressed I left her a big tip. Love this place I'll be leaving a picture of what I wanted and what I got impressed with ????????????????????
My nails came out perfect! It did take 2 hours but they were so patient with me and they were expensive but well worth the design!
Really disappointed about the experience here. 5 kids running around unsupervised, knocking over carts, running into chairs with tricycles, screaming at the top of their lungs. Lengthy wait time in the chaos. Disaster full set on my daughter, clumpy nail polish, not dry but more layers being added, skin burning and nail tech blaming her (that's just her skin, she said), nail fell off a couple hours later. Bad on bad experience.
Normally I go somewhere a little farther away. But wanted to give this place a shot since it’s so close to my house. And I’m so glad I did! They were all so kind and professional!!!! I LOVE how my nails came out and the pricing wasn’t bad either!!!! Will 100% be back!!!! I think I’ve found my new nail home!!!!
