I've been to this salon twice. I don't ever get my nails done. I went to this salon to get a gel manicure for my aunts wedding, the chick kept jacking up my thumb and my polish came off as soon as i got home. Today i went in with my young girls. 9 and 4. I like being near my kids when we're out in public and they like to be near me too. They tried to seat us apart and i asked if we could sit together. The woman scrunched up her face underneath her mask and said no so i walked out. I have a 50 dollar gift certificate so thats why i went there. We went to creative nails instead. Great prices and amazing customer service
The woman, Ann, did a wonderful job on my nails. And I would like to suggest getting the deluxe manicure and pedicure, they might be a little bit more expensive, but they are so well worth it!!!!
I've used this business a lot. I have given this place chance after chance after chance I'm sure as all of us local Hollister people have. These girls are just flat-out rude. I'm sorry if you're in a hurry or if you're in need on a weekend I would definitely stop in because of it being an emergency only. If you have time do not waste it here do not spend your money here do not give these people a dollar. They are beyond rude. You ask how long is the wait? they completely ignore you they make you wait to figure out how long you need to wait it's absolutely ridiculous. And they are rude on top of it not the place to give your money to the prices are extremely high you can drive across the way and get a much better deal Not to mention they start talking about you in there language. Just RUDE
Husband had an ingrown toenail and took him in to get a Pedi . Hanna was amazing and took care of the ingrown toenail. Left without pain and a smile ???? on his face . So Thanks a Bunch Hanna
Simple French tip mani and it looked great….
I used to come in here for my manicures but they seem to not like doing fills. I have attempted to make a appt and call in 3 times for a fill and i was told no. They didn't offer any appts or anything. Will try another salon from now on.
waited 30 minutes just to have two regulars just walk right in and get sat before me. Just like the last review said " given this place a chance time and time again ". I'll take my money elsewhere
I went amd saw Cindy on Thursday afternoon. She convinced me that I needed to do a callus removal on top of the basic pedicure. She did not remove the calluses but she did use a dirty Dremel on my feet to help reduce the callus slightly. At first I didn't think anything of it until I noticed that she never cleaned it and use it on the next person while I was waiting for my toes to dry. She also did not cut my toenails. I asked for cut and file. She said, only file. That wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't getting a French tip or didn't have to live my life in shoes. I'm not into the long toenail craze of the last few years. I work I need to be able to wear shoes.. She did use the cuticle nipper to shorten the sides of a couple nails. It is Sunday morning now and I am digging out ingrown toe nails she gave me and cutting my toenails that catch on the inside of my shoes, essentially ruining the polish joband making my regret this whole visit. My bad. Next time I will find somewhere else. This place was chosen based off a good experience I had about 6 years ago and because it is close to the hospital. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually do their up sales and listen to what you're asking for.
