Excellent. Best place to get nextgen powder dip manicure. My powder lasts 3 weeks. They take their time doing your nails too.
Only con is the girl behind the desk (not the owner). I don’t know her name. She could use some training in customer service. She’s very rude.
This is my all time favorite place to go when I need to have my nails done or waxing! I have been faithful to VeeVee for eyebrows for 7 plus years. I do not go to anyone else, while her waxing day is Saturday I will work around her schedule as much as I can or I will wait. Her work is impeccable. When not waxing she is at the front desk with a great smile and attitude. If I call with last minute appointment she does what she can to accommodate me. I have not and will not go any other place and recommend it to all my friends and clients alike. Janett did my pedicure today and paid particular attention to detail and continually asked if I like the paint job so that it was done just right. Five stars all day!
Good service from workers and the owner Tina is professional, however the lady receptionist at the front desk is really rude and stand off ish. She’s slick and always has an attitude. You can tell she’s being fake with her customer service as you walk in and has a “we don’t have to serve you” attitude. She does not treat people equally and walks around like she owns the place.
I went there for the first time and was definitely pleased! They were prompt and friendly! I did call them for an appointment and got one within an hour. I thought the prices were reasonable and I would return. I do recommend them!
Look at these nails!!! That's why I love it!!! They always do my nails so well and my girl Maggie always hooks it up! Veevee is amazing as well! Come get your nails done! The shop is so clean and beautiful too!
I have been coming to Tina nails for years, nothing but great service and they go over and beyond for their costumers. Viviane is the best nail tech and Veve at the desk is spectacular. Highly recommend their services.
I have been coming hear for 1 year.I was so happy in the beginning. my last few appt iwould wait 25min after my appointment time until i would walk out. what a waist of time. i actually really like my nail tech but poor manegment has made me never want to return. If your gonna be late at least call me and ill come later. im hairdresser i get things happen but have respect for peoples time. chelsea is amazing if you ever leave contact me
Horrible customer service Tina is very nice but the other lady is very disrespectful… and I will not be back definitely look elsewhere…
