Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Well the good was edible, but not brilliant. The chips were quite pale, soft and sticking together. They could have done with longer in the fryer. The chicken nuggets and fish were fine but nothing special, and they didn't seem to have put the vinegar on despite us saying yes when they offered it.
3 cod 1 battered sausage and 3 portions of chips £27... !
Battered sausage greasy..
3 cod well only ok(ish)
Chips well possibly the worst chips we have ever had from a fish and chip shop...cold hard and stuck together .....
Not one of my family enjoyed it even the dog wouldn't eat the chips..
last visit to TCI Fridays..
Very good chippy. I paid £17.00 for 2 X large cod and regular chips and the fish was cooked while I waited. I will no doubt return again and again.
We Went there for a change tonight and have to say I am more than disappointed. Waited out side for 20 minutes and other people that ordered after us got there food first when I asked why the girl was very rude and acted like we where lucky to have her take our order. When we did get our food we got home to what I can only say was a appalling meal the chips looked and taste like they had been recooked the kids sausages looked like saw dust and I would not even feed them to a dog . We will definitely not be going back and I would recommend everyone to avoid this place
If you want to age10 years waiting outside for your order then this place is perfect! We waited 45 minutes for our order and other people got their orders before us. When we asked why people who had ordered after us got theirs before us we were told they had run out of chips!! A fish and chip shop running out of chips!! Not only that, the other customers had also ordered chips. The staff were rude to the line of customers waiting outside and asked why we were all staring at them. Perhaps because we were all in denial about how atrocious the service was maybe! Avoid this place at all costs. Note to owner learn how to manage your shop.
Very friendly staff food is always hot and tasty go every Friday phone in advance as they are always busy which is a good sign .
The best food in town. Chicken burger was tasty and moist with lots of salad and great chips. Staff very friendly and nice and speedy. Great takeaway, highly recommended
We used to like it here but standards have slipped. They always get our order wrong and we have to go back to get missing bits of we can be bothered. Chips are soggy and the sausages taste nasty.

Quick Facts About TCI Frydays

TCI Frydays place has a number of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. We will analyze each comment and discuss how it contributes to the overall strengths and weaknesses of the establishment.
Starting with the strengths, one comment mentions that the fish was cooked while the customer waited. This indicates that the food is prepared fresh and not sitting around for long periods of time. Another positive comment highlights the friendliness of the staff and their ability to deliver hot and tasty food. This suggests that the customer service is good and that the staff are attentive and efficient. Additionally, one customer mentions that the chicken burger was tasty and moist with lots of salad, indicating that the menu has a variety of options and that the food quality is generally good.
Moving on to the weaknesses, multiple comments mention issues with the chips. They describe them as pale, soft, sticking together, cold, hard, and stuck together. This indicates that the chips are not consistently prepared to a high standard and that they may be lacking in flavor and texture. Furthermore, one comment specifically states that the chips looked and tasted like they had been recooked, suggesting that there may be a lack of attention to detail in the cooking process.
Another weakness mentioned in the comments is the greasiness of the battered sausage. This suggests that the frying process may not be properly managed, resulting in an unappetizing and overly greasy final product. Additionally, there is a complaint about the sausages tasting nasty, indicating that there may be issues with the quality or preparation of certain menu items.
Several comments also bring attention to the poor customer service experienced at TCI Frydays place. There are mentions of rude staff, long wait times, and orders being mixed up or forgotten. This indicates a lack of professionalism and attentiveness on the part of the staff and suggests that the overall customer experience may be unsatisfactory.
In terms of pricing, one comment highlights the high cost of the meal, with three cod, one battered sausage, and three portions of chips totaling £27. This may be considered expensive for a fish and chip shop, especially given the negative feedback regarding the quality of the food.
Overall, TCI Frydays place has some strengths, such as fresh food preparation and friendly staff. However, there are significant weaknesses regarding the quality of the chips, greasiness of the sausage, poor customer service, and high prices. These factors contribute to a negative customer experience and may deter customers from returning or recommending the establishment. To improve, TCI Frydays place should focus on consistency in food preparation, addressing customer service issues, and pricing their menu items competitively.
