The girls are all nice there.. they make you look beautiful and feel beautiful.. very clean shop.. variety of other products that you can choose from.. I'm glad that I am going to symmetry..
I had the best experience. I took my daughter in to get her hair cut because she was refusing to take care of it. My daughter (12) started to fuss. The stylist(which is the owner) took over to the wash sinks and talked to my daughter about care and health of her hair. Daughter then became comfortable and relaxed and the cut turned out beautiful. When we left my daughter was so happy and said it was the best cut she has ever had. Thank you.
I didn't get the best treatment on my sons Wedding day as I felt rushed and not Satisfied at all with my style. I called months in advanced to get just a half an hour service that day because she had other appts scheduled, I was very disappointed with the treatment I received that morning.If that was the case I could have had another beautician due my hair who could give me more time to do something EXTRA SPECIAL for the Wedding .

This is the second time I had issues with this place. First I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But, today is the last time I will even try this place. Call for a color and they said they had a 2:00 pm. I show up and they have me down for a shampoo. Then tell me they have appointments tomorrow. I tell them I have to be on call for work and that will not work. After looking at there book for two minutes and not a word. I decided I’m leaving. Just horrible, not even we are sorry for the inconvenience.
