THIS IS A VERY GHETTO ESTABLISHMENT ! the manager is rude, they sell broken items and won’t allow you to exchange it or return it even though they sold it to you broken, the manager claims the store policy is no return or exchange but then later on says it could have been returned if it was brought back the same day (contradicting) overall, terrible customer service. Beware of one of their employees, darkskin female with honey blonde braids, skinny, average height, you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about because she has an unpleasant attitude as soon as you walk in, she doesn’t smile or greet customers or offers to help, she’s very rude, very ghetto, has no customer service skills, inserts herself into conversation directed at the manager. You’re better off going to Silver beauty supply store down the street.

Great store with great prices. I was able to find a hair product that no other beauty supply stores had and the staff are super nice to me when I visit. ❤️

The 4 Star rating is based on brand style Price and friendliness of the staff.. Only problem I HAD was their service.. it was really slow!!

Found what I needed. Store very well stocked..????

Rude. I called to ask if they had a particular hair brand and type and he said yes without checking. I asked him if he could check the length and he told me “No, we don’t do that here”. I don’t drive and live 35 mins away and good customer service would’ve said “I’m busy and can’t check right now” or can you call back in x amount of mins”. I went to another hair store in Maryland that told me they had it and when I got there they didn’t so me asking for confirmation was warranted and the managers rudeness was not necessary.

WAY WAY too expensive. They charge $20 plus, for a bottle of mousse. I went to the beauty supply store across the street next to dollar tree. I got two ethnic mousses & Shea butter for $23 bucks. Companies already over price ethnic hair products. We don't need our community stores adding ridiculous margins, it's already challenging enough. They definitely have some good stuff in there though, so if you don't mind the prices you'll like it a lot.

On line it’s says 9:30-8:30 i made a hair appt for 10 and paid a deposit and now i can’t get my hair done because their not even open. Bad business update your times or find someone responsible to open up on time..
