I went here yesterday to get my nails done and everyone is so nice. I'm terrible with names but the woman that did my nails did an amazing job and I am still in love with the ginger color nail polish. I was so pleased I even booked an appointment for a pedicure for next week. Love all who work here, all of you are wonderful people!
Recently moved here & had my nails off last time (another shop) where a very mediocre mani was done. Just needed gel polish taken off, thought I'd try sunny as they are close to home. Sat 20 minutes without any communication. They even started another customer who came in after me without a word. The only thing he said was "one minute " when I got up to leave. Walked out. Very unprofessional. No idea if their actual work is good or not.
As you can see from his response, my classifying them as unprofessional was 100% correct. Don't worry sir, I wouldn't go back if you paid me. I understand you're ratings. I got them taken care of at another shop, no problem, who will be getting my business in the future.
This place was terrible. First red flag they had 5 dogs running around barking and playing the whole time . I was already there so was like whatever . I went 2 days ago , 2 of my nails are already broken . I got a full set for $50. Wasted . They refused to do them long and didn’t do the style I asked for multiple times . Didn’t do any clean up after so I just have dried glue all over the sides on my nails . Was going to get my brows done but seen they had there hot products in a crot pot . Messing up the nails are one thing but the brows no sir . Won’t be coming back .
I always get my ANC done here. They always go above and beyond. My nails always are what I want and I never wait long. They all are very friendly and and helpful when I am not sure what I want to do. I really appreciate all they do!
I paid to get my girlfriends nails done yesterday, once she walked out of the nail salon they locked the doors immediately and then she realized as soon as she got in her car the nails looked absolutely horrible. I went in this morning and demanded they fix them and asked for a partial refund as well. They claimed she messed them up afterwards which was a lie I showed them a time stamp that the photo was taken 2 minutes after she left and they locked her out. RIDICULOUS!
UPDATE: they gave my girlfriend half off her next purchase and fixed the nails so I will raise the review a few stars, still very annoying they screwed them up because they were rushing her out in the first place but atleast they made it right.
Terrible place, asked for something simple and they could barely do that. After 4 or 5 days i’m already popping my nails off because they’re so poorly put on. Did not prep my nail, did a sloppy paint job, acrylic was super thick and bumpy. I even tried to file them down myself. Needless to say won’t be going back. The shape is supposed to be square. My friend got hers done as well and she was very unhappy with the experience. They didn’t even finish putting lotion on her hands because the boss told them to stop for some reason.
ANC nails chipped and fell off after two days. Dog hair was stuck in the nail. Wasted $30+ on nails that didn’t last more than three days
Had my nails done by Jin he takes his time nails came out real nice. Prices are reasonable as well
