Owner is rude, gold lipstick lady is also rude. B.O.B, you get what you get, I guess. They lost a good customer/referral. It's not about the money it's about the principle. They stole $1.27 from me and refuse to return it. They claimed that they charge their customers a service fee percent based on $ amount purchased at the time of purchase. They refunded me my tax and amount for the item but not service fee. It only cost you guys 1.27 from the owner yelling over the phone when I bought it to her attention, a hang up and the statement, "do what you have to do". I'm surprised but not shocked.
They always have the right products that I need BUT NEVER OPEN ON TIME. I am always waiting for over 15-30 minutes which makes me late to head in to work due to my clientele
