Strictly Nails

This place is HORRIBLE. nail tech I had was trying to remove the last bit of acrylic on my nails from my last fill. She used a nail tip to go between my nail and the old acrylic which I kept telling her how bad it hurt and that my nail was going to break off. She didn’t listen and ended up ripping off my nail and I bled everywhere! I showed her what I wanted (French tip ombre) which she said she could do. She nicked me 7 times, each time i bled! my nails were horribly croocked and i had to tell her to straighten them multiple times. when it got time to pay she took $5 off because of many times she made me bleed. the nails i got arent even close to what i asked for, my nails are in so much pain, and i have acrylic everywhere on my skin. this place should be shut down.

First time going there, would not recommend!The lady was very rough filing down my nails. I showed her a picture of what nails I wanted an she gave me something completely different. I When my nails were finished they were all bumpy.

This is the only nail shop I go to. I like the ladies who do my nails (chair 3 & 4) but chair 4 seems to always nick my skin and make me bleed. She does a very thorough job but sometimes she is a little to thorough...lol. Anyways, the cost for a mani/pedi are reasonable and they do a good job so that is why I keep going back. This is my feet after 2 1/2 weeks my toes still look fresh and my polish doesn't look worn off. So I would recommend going in to see for yourself.

I called last minute on a Saturday evening and they made time for me to get a gel mani/pedi. Nail tech still took her time and gave me great service. I also stayed until closing to see that they properly sanitize and clean the place. Everyone was so nice working there.

I haven't gotten my nails done since radiation was over and I was cleared. This made my whole day thank you to the owner!!

if you want healthy nails don’t go here they gave me a horrible nail infection!

Very rude. Usually I dont mind waiting if I'm a walk-in. It's the way you greet & talk to people that makes the difference. I've went to this salon many of times & never had an issue I tip very well. I didnt recognize the faces that are usually there so maybe they have new staff I dont know but I will not return & I will refer my clients, friends & family elsewhere. I and nobody that I deal with refuse to be treated less than by anybody.
