Teuer aber qualitativ sehr gut und lecker!

Staff went out of there way to help me. Much appreciated. Lots of parking , drive thru . And you can also walk in.

Got totally spilled out oatmeal. Staff didn’t want to exchange it for another one. Paid full price, got less oatmeal + dirty hands????????

Always a great place to go. Coffee beats all others (in my opinion!) And normally the staff are lovely. You get the odd few that are there just for the money and have no interest in customer service but this one is really good. Definitely worth the visit.

Price Hike, no warning! Got my Americano Tall on the board states £3.00 and I was charged £3.05. I asked for an explanation on the discrepancy and the wan at the till just muffled as she didn't understand and went hiding behind the coffee machine. I didn't challenge it further. Obviously looks like Starbucks doesn't care about training staff ,keeping their prices up to date and I felt just like another cash cow coming for a coffee

Ordered my coffee with cream but they couldn't put cream on top for deliveries which is understandable. Anyway instead of just not giving me cream (like some places would) They put it in a cup and even gave me a wee spoon. They wrote on the bag explaining why they couldn't with a little " :( " and it was so sweet. I was having a rough morning but this little bit of extra effort has gone such a long way. Its the little things x

Usual Starbucks deal, but still enjoyed the large Cappuccino and the lemon ???? drizzle muffin was ok too (7.5/10) but def not as good as M&S lemon muffins.. otherwise quite enjoyable coffee ☕ break ????
