Never had issues at any of the Starbucks. I used to go there when I was at Uni to complete some notes for assignments. Still go there now when I need a nice drink. I've got to admit the taste of the coffee here has more kick to it than Costa. If you've got a bad throat or a cold, then try a Chai Tea Latte. I've had that whenever I feel unwell for the last 15 years.

Love, love, love Starbucks. Had a chocolates cream frapuccino. It was amazing ????

Won't be returning here due to the slow service the last few times I've been here, including when 3 staff were standing round with only one other customer in front of me. Tables were also dirty and not cleared. I think the Costa located in Next is much better.

Got served by Kore, and wow the customer service was impeccable! Really friendly and polite, despite a little bit of a queue as was a busy Sunday, and my coffee was made quickly.

Is it legal upon request to fill a milk bottle for my baby the cashier charge me of 0.65. Did the starbucks had this greediness to charge thier customers with a small amount of a hot tap water while purchasing any item.

There's always a huge wait for drinks. Even when there's no one there. Today a person who was behind me got her drink before me and I watched the baristas behind the counter just pottering about while my milk was steaming itself and coffee was standing there waiting for the milk to be poured in. They all always seem so distracted and forget things. Last time I was waiting 45 min for my drink and there were only 5 people before me ! This is the only Starbucks I've ever been to that has such poor customer service.

Staff talked more than served, tea week and tepid asked for milk only to be told sharply “it’s over there”with the sugar. Asked and paid for a cappuccino, got a tepid frothy mug of weak milky coffee flavoured drink, no chocolate in sight????
