It’s understandable to not expect much from a Starbucks normally, but the staff at this one really stand out. They take the time to learn your name and order, and are always friendly and efficient. The upstairs is luminous, and there are sockets and comfy seats. This Starbucks is the only reason I am ever productive! Shoutout to Jazz and Izzy!

This is a copy of the review I posted on just eat, as we all know it will get taken down by them.

No problem with Starbucks. They delivered my drink and tried to call about not having trio in stock. Unfortunately I missed this call and recieved my drink with a handwritten note from Starbucks explaining they had no trio and to claim refund back from just eat.

My problem lies with just eat. Despite showing proof of the Starbucks bag with order no and the note; they are refusing to give me the money back of £5.45

This is not the first time I have been refused genuine refunds by just eat either.

No doubt this review will get taken down as it highlights the incompetency of just eat and the fact they are thieves.

**Once again I must state absolutely no problem at all with Starbucks**

Everything is great in Leeds Centre, sipping a Starbucks coffee. The environment outside is really great, I recommend sitting outside to enjoy the fresh air. The staff is also helpfull.

I really did not want to write this comment but I have to because this is the second time I received a wrong order from this shop ...

I ordered a Frapachino drink and paid £4.20, but I got a tasteless hot drink instead ... It was not even a cappuccino ...

As far as I know, I always eat cold Frapachino, not hot ...

I even asked Frapachino without cream, who mistakenly poured the cream and then had to change the cup and make another one again ... Now look, he made something completely different ... ????????????

Nice Starbucks with a cozy feel to it. There's hand sanitiser. There's free wifi. A friend and I had a coffee here both were good. We sat upstairs (there's a toilet). You can sit inside but you have to check in with the NHS app. If you sit outside you don't need to (as long as you wear a mask indoors of course)

This is the best Starbucks I have visited in the country. Such a lovely place with amazing staffs. Always welcoming and very friendly. Manager is amazing and so are all the other staffs.They work really well together as if it's a family run business. They always remember your name and order and that is not an easy thing to do when you serve thousands of people everyday.

Just went to Starbucks for a latte and Frappuccino. Fantastic device by the team especially James the guy with tattoos. Very efficient clearing the long queue in timely fashion.
