Drinks and service were great, what let our visit down today was the way the manager was speaking to a member of staff, she was very aggressive and condisending in her tone, with confrontational body language. This was all done in front of customers!! This was not professional and you could see the rest of the staff team were very uncomfortable with what was happening.

Myself and partner went to buy a drink. at the ordering speaker we were asked To repeat a lot and had shouted what we wanted.

When we got to the window to collect our drink, we suggested maybe somthing is wrong with the speaker and perhaps it needs to be looked at. The person who served us replied rudley saying your the only person who we struggled with. He Said this in a rude tone of manner. We then asked for sugars and he turned away ignoring the request. I asked again and he then threw them at me, they ended up on the floor. I asked to see the manager and he also had no customer service skills and told me next time to not come here if I don't like their customer service skills. I spend hundreds of pounds on Starbucks and I don't think I will ever come here again.

Coffee is good (all bar very slow service), but what really lets this store down is the limited opening hours! I drive past twice a day and it’s never open! Us commuters love a coffee! Thankfully most competitors open earlier and close later, so Starbucks need to have a think about this !

In need of a good coffee and we spotted this new looking outlet with drive thru.

There was a bit of a queue but it moved along quite quickly and the drinks were good.

Friendly service too’

Alwaya friendly and helpfull baristas. Coffe done in perfect and quick way. Big free car park. Aldi in walking distance. So after delicous coffe quick pop in for shoping. Thank You starbucks

Can never go wrong with a Starbucks! Staff are always so kind and friendly. Best coffee around. My favourite is the vanilla iced latte ????????✨
