March 24th, 2023 - This salon is under NEW ownership, I went in today for a full set, & pedicure. My results were stunning. & the family is awesome!! Definitely recommend going in and checking the new owners out!!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Horrible experience, and customer service. They say it’s a spa pedicure but it’s nothing more than a very basic pedicure with no massage or hot towel or mask. They were rude when I asked what was included. It was basically a clean up and polish. I can get that for half the price elsewhere. I doubt half of them are even licensed because that’s not how you’re taught to do a spa pedicure in school. My polish chipped off next day they also use cheap products. Looks like a 10 year old did it. I know my 12 year old would have done 100% better.

My wife and I got pedicures, and the experience was not that great. We felt rushed by the stylists, which no customer wishes. I got yelled at by the lady for adjusting my chair (I'm a tall guy) at the spa seats. My wife got polish on her toes, and what bothers me was the color of the polish in the bottle was a bright green, but once applied to her nails, it came out to be a dull seafoam green. She dried her toes for maybe 15 minutes, but as soon as we left and she got in the car, she looked down, and the polish was already chipping off!! I do not recommend this place to anyone!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

I attempted to get my nails done. I wanted colored acrylic nails. I usually get colored tips using acrylic and pink on the back part. Essentially a pink and white set just using colored acrylic on the French tip part due to the chemicals I am in on a daily basis. The gel polish or regular polish comes right back off and looks horrible in a few days. The gentleman who put my tips on asked me 5 times if I wanted gel or regular polish. Well I didn't want either. I wanted colored acrylic. He started yelling at me after the 3rd time and it ended with him removing the tips he had just put on me. I do not recommend anyone coming here they are rude and obviously have no idea what they are doing. Linda's nails in Osage beach are great. They are friendly and John does an awesome job. This place is aweful.

I've gone to this salon multiple times but this time I brought my daughter. They got us both done in a timely manner and the people are always so friendly. I love it and we both left feeling super pretty and excited to show off our new nails. Would highly recommend.

No signs of sanitation. Foot sinks not washed or sanitized between customers. Equipment was rinsed off but not washed or sanitized. The man working on my feet was rude. He also hurt me several times. Pushed my foot down in very rough way. It was a bad experience.
