The place is clean and the prices are good. I received an excellent service from Francis, she is a really nice lady.
NONE of the nail techs can do ANY type of designs other the average line...even when bringing in a photo n tried simplifying it..still didn't even come close. N yet they charge as much as they do n I wouldn't mind if the work bk it up. It's a shame bcuz for myself they r convenient n SOME staff r nice.
So... my experience was 5 stars and only because of Grace. She is the one to go to. Grace had no control over the situation.
But... it's not well run. The manager overlaps appointments and the customers as per the owner isn't right. She prioritizes certain customers so beware, you'll either have to wait or come back at a later time. Only reason I would come back is for Grace's services but I left feeling like I wasn't a priority or of importance to the business.

$35 for a 5 mins regular pedicure; not even brushing the nails . $5 to take off your feet gel polish with a nail drill.
Folks there are very nice. They will be honest and tell you if there is going to be more than minimal waiting time without an appointment. Great color selection, and my nails look great, often get compliments.
This nail salon is great. They are clean, friendly and provide excellent customer service. They do an excellent job. If you are look for a good manicure and pedicure this is the spot. I can't speak for their other services but what I know is that I'm always satisfied.
