Just wanted to warn the public of what a horrible job I had done on my show dog that I’ve never had his haircut and I had told him just to trim it and the owner went out of town and left people totally inexperienced, and they shaved my dogs hair down with a clipper I’m a business owner. You don’t do the opposite of what somebody ask you to do. I’m very good at giving instructions, and I know I was clear on what I wanted and they acted like I was a burden and that I was over reacting to my dogs haircut. My dog is eight years old never had his haircut. They cut his face to look like a straight line no texturizing no blending, and when I called her when she got back from her vacation , she did not care one bit that I was not happy with my dog. I had to wait several weeks months to let my dogs haircut out and found a great groomer today . They fixed the horrid haircut.I would never go to this place or recommend it never use this business. Pictures show that my dog that is eight years old has never had his haircut before except tiny little trims. He has a special coat and it shouldn’t have been shaved with clippers like they used his hair and coat is ruined, and will never be the same I am beyond disappointment with this situation, and how she handled it.
St. Charles Grooming is the best of the best. Our dog is pretty high strung and they so good with him. They cut, clean and trim every area masterfully. 5 out of 5 stars!!
They are the worst!! Took my schnauzer in for a 3:00 appointment. At 5:30 he still was sitting in a hot box.
I had to almost forcibly removed him from the premises. My poor puppy is traumatized.

Walk-ins for nail trimming are allowed and super easy. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and they did a great job on our dog's nails.
Love them!! So friendly, very quick!! I only get my dogs nails trimmed here but they’re excellent, priced very reasonable and can just WALK IN! To see them with the other pups makes me so happy, u can def tell they LOVE their animals!! ❤️
They did an awesome job with our two dogs. They have only been to a professional groomer once before…and that was a school. One of them is quite the challenge for us to groom, so I know she had to be a handful. It had been a while since we had been able to groom them. They both look and smell so good. We appreciate their wonderful work. Thank you, Katie and crew!!!
They are THE BEST! They do the impossible animals, my Great Pyrenees gets THE BEST GROOMS here. Their very much affordable. Only advice is to make your appointment in ADVANCED. Because they boom far out!
