Very uncomfortable the whole time. The front desk was rude, water was cold, the manicurist did a horrible job on both of our pedicures. The worst part isn’t the completely botched pedicure (as seen in photo) but the charged me $75 for 2 pedicures. That didn’t seem right so I called and asked the price and it’s $35 per pedicure so they over charged me. Not by a lot but it’s the principle.

I arrived at 940 am no one waiting and 2 ppl working 2 customers. She asked what I wanted I said gel polish and pedicure. She said you have appt? No she said make appointment come back.... I said you advertise walk ins welcome she said make appointment. Don't advertise walk ins welcome if that's not the case state on door and Google search ads appointment only.

Make an appointment to be sure to get in. They do great work and sooooo professional and friendly.

Terrible job on my fill in and polish chipping after 2 hours. Very rude and seemed to just concerned about the money. They wanted to charge me for repair cause they said it was probably something I did. Yea right

Got dip nails done there yesterday and 3 have already chipped… very disappointing

I didn't have an appointment and told them I was happy to come back later. Instead they decided to rush me through and I got the worst acrylics I've ever had. The tech kept trying to upcharge with nail art and getting my toenails painted to match, when I wish she just would have slowed down and did my nails well. My nails are super thick, uneven, and the gel polish is a mess. Really disappointed. There's no way she didn't see how bad they are. Watched the girl next to me get a beautiful set done in the same time my rushed, sloppy set was done.
