I love Lucy however the service was terrible yet again. I made an appointment and was told to 30 minutes earlier; I showed up early as I was told and someone who I believe is new could not even remove my uv gel top coating; she did not know how to work the machine. She scar my skin at least 3x. I was told someone else will do my nails. I sat around for another hour to have a color change…just a color change and I still didn’t get it done. Now this is now over an hour. I told them I couldn’t stay much longer because I had to get back to work and asked if I can come back after 430 to get just a color change. They told me their next available appointment isn’t until 6pm. How is this even possible when I was there at my allot appointment time. They have to do so much better with fulfilling appointment time and also find others techs can actually do nails properly. I was so disappointed because I have been going there for so long
I made an appointment for 4:30 and wasn't seated until 5. But after the initial wait, the regular treatment was nice. I got a pedicure, manicure, and my eyebrows waxed. Love my toes and eyebrows. Nails aren't my fave, but that was really my bad choice in coloring. So have a plan when you go in.

I wanted to try this nail shop for awhile. I just moved in to the neighborhood and wanted to use ppl in my neighborhood. Stopped by one time just to inquire and hmm it was kind of odd. Like you're telling me oh "we closing we closing." I'm trying to inquire about a service. I'm not trying to keep you guys late, but you got like 5 people still getting services done and you can't answer one simple question. 2nd encounter.... I went on a Saturday because supposedly Saturdays is the walk in day. Walked in and was told I need an appt. I should've just took the hint, but no I went back.
So new day...made my appt ...I show up on time they're setting up cool. Pedi first. Nice pedi, my toenails did look nice, but as far as a nice foot scrub and rub that was definitely lacking. Fl set- I just wanted a short set (which usually my nails go a full two weeks minimum before thinking to break off) she did my nails and when I tell you ????♀️ they were crooked, cut kinda weird, but I'm thinking when she's ready for the shaping, buffing, etc.. she'll fix it...nope. and should I have said something...absolutely,, but first time I wanna see what yall can do. Overall my my bill came oot to like $105 for what...idk. but I paid it gave them tip and I'm sorry, but I won't be returning because for $105 at other spots I could've had all kinds of jewels and 3d work on my nails done, but a simple gel polish and thats it. The more I think about it I was definitely overcharged, because by Tuesday (got my nails done on a Saturday) 2 nails popped off and I just decided to take them all off because they were all lifting and I wanted these to last two weeks because my next appt elsewhere is coming up. They couldn't even make it half way.
This shop is for dainty ppl. If you already have perfect nails and you just need matinence, this spot is for you.
It's so hard now a days to just walk-in and be able to get a manicure or whatever service you might need. This place is always booked. You need an appointment but let me tell you it's worth it. Yes, they are a little pricey but so far I love going there because they take their time with you and they guarantee their work ????. So far I have a great experience going there.
They are simply the best. Customer service is excellent, the staff is pleasant and friendly while maintaining superb level of professionalism. In addition they are super affordable. The salon is clean, smells fresh all the time and the floor plan is well laid out. I would recommend Sofis to any one at any time.
I got my nails done there a year ago it was my first time there very nice, clean, everyone was nice and had great bonds with their customers. I would give it 5 stars but the wait was pretty long but it was definitely worth it. Ps. They did let me know that is was going to be a long wait being I was the last for that day, I felt very comfortable there definitely going back soon.
