This is one of the most professional establishments ever. Every barber is friemdly and approachable. Will never let anyone else cut me or my children's hair

I HAVE MIXED FEELINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE. WHEN YOU WALK IN YOU GET THAT LOOK.. UNINVITING LOOK... Almost as who are you and what are you doing here. I ma guessing if you are a new customer you will get that look because they don;t know you. I don't think its a right way to conduct business. They have good hairdressers but bad customer service the male side is a bit better.

Very disappointed with the service I received from the Loctian ( Stephanie,Dreadlock Stlyist) there, she has no range or versatility with styling,pricey and then to make matters worst I expressed that i did not like how my hair looked and she told me....I need to hurry and show her what's wrong because she has another client....I did not beg for my hair to br groomed..paying my money like everyone else...I was so upset by her words..she will never get another chance to do my hair....
Really bad experience with a barber with dreads and heavy Jaimaican accent. Mistook my hair for lawn and mowed instead of cutting. Three times had to tell him his touch was not light enough, to which he responded my skin was sensitive. The product was nothing to which I am accustomed--the taper didn't look tapered and the front hairline was not straight and clean despite the barber's constant tinkering. This dude is not a value-add to this shop and perhaps should not be cutting hair at all.
If I could give this place a zero I would. He lady that did my hair does not know how to cut and trim long curly hair. Do not go here. The lady barely dried my hair yet check charged me for a full blow dry. Terrible place. On my way to get a real hair cut now at a better Salon that know what they are doing.
I've been going to this ship, for year to get my eyebrows shaped up.
The salon was really great. My hair feels wonderful even on the second day.Lovely,bubbly stylists that i would definitely trust again. Be seeing you soon.
