Great experience with my boys’ back to school hair cuts! Great staff who helped them get their hair they way they wanted it. The ladies who cut their hair were so sweet and talked to my young boys about their upcoming school year and their interests and hobbies. Will definitely be back!
Amazing, personal environment. Stylists care about each guest individually, they aren’t in a rush to cut your hair and get you out quick, this isn’t that kind of salon. You will feel like family AND you’ll leave with an amazing haircut. Many times there is a wait, BUT it’s because the stylists are WORTH WAITING FOR. You won’t be disappointed.
This salon is the best place I've been to. They listen, they do a great job, and they are always so friendly with smiles on there faces. The price is great as well for sure!
The stylist at this location care about there customers and are super friendly. I want to give a huge thank you to Kelly because my girlfriend always sees Kelly to get her haircut and she takes great care of her and takes her time to listen to make sure that she gets exactly the hair cut she wants.
We love this place. We drive 3.5 hours once a month in order to have Nanette cut and color my hair and for a haircut for my husband. I 1st stopped in when I got a wild hair and decided to cut all my hair off and have been making the trip ever since. It is hard to find someone that can do a short haircut and still have it look feminine and I thnk Nanette does and amazing job. I get compliments on my hair all the time. I love Nanette. I always feel like I get to catch up with my long lost friend when I come in. I also love to watch the interaction with the other clients. It is like geting a hair cut and a show all at the same time. I am thankful I found this place.
My mistake for not making an appointment. I walked in and was told there were 4 people in front of me. After about 40 minutes (they are way too chatty, imo) aman and his son walked in and they took the man. Apparently he had been on the list but left to another store. So it turned out that there were more than 4 people in front of me, at least 6. It DOES make a difference in deciding to stay or not. Just be honest to the walk-ins

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE PLACE. Came in 1 hour before closing and was met with no greeting except “there are 3 ahead of you”, indicating they wanted me to leave. During my haircut the only dialog was the disgruntled “How are you? What would you like?” Completely silent during the rest of the cut, not a big deal if it wasn’t for the already rude behavior. The other individual working there was cleaning and putting her armpit in my face to do so, just no regard or respect for the customer at all. Once she was done she just took the cover off and expected me to just get up and leave. I asked to look at the haircut and sure enough the cut was subpar due to her rushing through it. There was almost no blending in the taper, absolutely terrible. I asked her to fix it, which she seemingly did. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized the haircut as still completely messed up. The fading was still garbage and the sides were blatantly uneven. Immediately noticeable. This was the worst haircut I’ve gotten in a long time. They were rude, unprofessional, and gave me a awful haircut. I will never be going back and I recommend everyone to steer clear of this place.

My first cut was great but my second was not. I felt like the lady cutting my hair was in a hurry to get done and it showed at the end. It could have been partially my fault. Maybe if I had communicated more it would have helped.
