Fantastic service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I absolutely love my nails. I will definitely come back to get my nails done. I will never go any where else.
I'm grateful that they were able to fit all 4 of us in on such a short notice. However the overall experience was terrible. The nails were mishaped uneven and just not a good job overall. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. The nail techs there couldn't stop taking about how bad the nails looked. ????????♀️I should of taken a pictures.
Came here with my 2 daughters I was just there for a fill it was our first time. First their wasn't any dip powder available. So I figured I'd have my girls get gel manicures I told the lady it was my daughter's first time. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought with Manis they soaks your hands than massage for a sec. Neither of my girls got that service. That same exact day my daughter's paint on her nails came off. For my oldest daughter she had dirt under her nails from school that she left there just painted. Now with my service I came in for a simple fill mind you my nails were absolutely by all means not crooked b4 I went in. I nicely after I washed my hands looked down and said they were crooked if she could just file real quick. She looks at them told me they were like that and that there isn't anything she can do... I assured her they weren't like that b4 I came in and she handed me the nail file and told me to do it myself. Not only that but as I was there she was having her son who was not 14-16 years old cashing people out with there credit cards.. as she handed me the file I just accepted my fate and not only did I get over charged 80 for a fill and literally gel polish not a manicure like I asked I also remained humble and still tipped a decent amount. If you want to waste $ and have terrible service this is the place to go.
Really was not impressed with the pedicure however they did a wonderful job on my acrylic nails which was great because I’m kind of picky and they really did a good job… their customer service was awesome but the pedicure could’ve been a lot better it was short-lived and I didn’t really get massage or anything special which isn’t typical for a pedicure.
My first set was poorly done and when i went back two weeks later after making me wait an hour they asked if i could come back the next day. Because they wanted to suddenly close early? I still had two hours before their listed closing time. After i waited the hour. I will never go back. Very poor customer service.
I love this place! Jimmy was amazing he did such a great job on my nails.
