I am beyond happy with the care they gave my senior yorkie!! They did an AMAZING job. I have been unable to take my dog to the groomers for several years, so he was far overdue and quite a difficult dog to groom in general, but they still went above and beyond with giving him an amazing haircut. I am very careful with where I send him, because we have had some bad experiences in the past. He has often come home from groomers in a very anxious state, but the groomers at Shampoodles took great care of him. He came back looking amazing and he was very relaxed!!

So happy with what they did, and relieved to have found a quality, friendly groomer that will take care of my pup! Will be going here regularly now!

Not again. Gave my dog a "velvet cut" and she is in so much pain and this was 4 days ago.. she can't stand he back to her tail being touched or she'll yelp horribly.

Plus, way over priced, way over priced.

Never again with a velvet cut and shampoodles..

Just moved locally. Chose them because they were so nice and helpful in the phone. So glad I did! Due to covid it had been awhile since my pups last grooming. They were professional, friendly and I LOVE the cute cut they gave my Yorkiepoo. I will be going back!

Disappointed in the nail trimming.She did a great job before and went there for the 5.00 Tuesdays nail trimming.Pulled extra money out to give her cause my dogs are bigger.She was in such a hurry she spent about 60 seconds clipping their nails and said she was done and didn’t even grind them down so now I have to do it.I don’t mind paying more to have them done right but I really don’t like paying anything having them half done.I would had just assumed go somewhere else to have them done properly.

The pens are the only good thing about this place.

They wouldn't take our dog to a table to properly trim her nails and, instead, brought a second employee to put the dog in a headlock on the ground while the other trimmed her nails. One of them wasn't even wearing shoes! Definitely not professional in the slightest.

Overall, terrible experience; our dog was terrified and came home shaking.

I took my small dog to get a cut it was ok we've had much better job done in other places, my pup couldn't wait to get out something wasn't ok he was pulling on the leash out the door. She said he bit the whole time, he's been to other groomers not the case at all. Also my husband had been by the place the day before and asked for prices he was told it would be $55 but when I went to pay she charged $75. ????????‍♀️. Oh well gotta keep looking for a groomer.

I persinally love this place! I have 3 chi's and they get their nails done here. My dogs range from the ages of 16 to 3 yrs old and they anr not very friendly but the staff us excellent with them. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Our dogs are always excited to go there. They have never came back stressed or burned, cut, or traumatized like previous groomers. Very welcoming and always kind to us. Price is very very good. And they look amazing when they get picked up. Katie and her team are awesome
