If I could give 500 Stars, I would! I love Donna and Joe! I have been following them for 6 years now and I consider them family! If they aren’t available to do my nails, because they are very busy, I hate to go anywhere else because they have set high expectations and I don’t get the same quality experience anywhere else and trust me I have tried at least 15 different nail salons in the PG and Charles county area! Keep being the best! I love you guys

Donna and Joe are a dynamic duo as the owners of this establishment. When I schedule an appointment I know I am in excellent hands (and so are my hands). I have been coming here for over a year now and I won't go anywhere else. The team is professional and want you to walk out happy with whatever service you have had done. Donna did my wedding nails and Joe did my honeymoon nails and I am thrilled with how they look every single time I walk out of there. If you want quality work for a fair price come to Serenity Nails and Spa.

I called in on a Monday morning and they got me right in! This place was awesome, and Donna was fantastic! She fixed my broken nails with powder to the point that you can't even tell they were broken. She really took her time to make sure my nails looked great. I will definitely be coming back! Ask for Donna!

I love this shop. Joe is Absolutely the Best Ever. He is soooo creative with his designs. I get so many compliments on my Nails all the time.

First start with the positives. The shop is beautiful and the staff is kind. Someone greets you as soon as you walk through the door. They work really fast

Why my rating. The first time I went for a pedicure. And a young lady did it. You could tell she was new because she had to keep asking what to do and was forgetting services that came with the pedicure that I had chosen. But no worries you can't learn if you don't have someone to learn on. The 2nd time I had an appointment for my nails. I was told that he would be right with me he was just finishing a polish. I've never known a polish to take 45 minutes. I let it slide because I really needed them done for an event. One nail started lifting within a week. Because of my work schedule I wouldn't be able to come back for 2 weeks. I came back again for a fill I'm and repair. It was quick. This time two of my nails broke within 3 days. I love the atmosphere here but I need my nails to last longer than press ons.

Would go back. The gentlemen that helped me was multi tasking. So, service took a little longer than it would've have if he wasn't interrupted so often. Other than that I really like my nails. I would recommend. Really pretty decor.

Great experience! Love my nails! I did a walk in at the last minute Friday and they were able to squeeze me in. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the vibe. Donna did my nails this time and they are absolutely beautiful and very elegant. Also have had Joe do my nails too!! They never disappoint!
