Nice lady, I feel like my service was really fast. I expected my pedicure to be more relaxing but NO. I got a gel pedicure and most of my toes nails are not fully coated, I can still see my nail. 4 of my toes are bleeding! It was a very painful experience. To be honest I am not happy with my pedicure, I am very disappointed!

Unfortunately I do not recommend this place.

This is my second time getting my nails done and i enjoyed my tech. She gave me her opinion on what would look good and im very happy with my nails. I definitely recommend.

I have been a dedicated client for a few months. Every 2 weeks for gel pedi and dip mani. Cost me $100 each time, never in my life have I seen a business take priority to other clients just for more money. I went in at 10 am and I am the first client. A girl comes after me, she’s planning to spend a lot, acrylic nails and pedi. We both are being worked on, the daughter is sweet. The mother who I believe manages or owns took the girl next to me. She gets a call that a family of 4 want to get in for pedicures. She said they could get them all at the same time. There are only 3 workers, the family arrives at 1120, the mother had just started working on the girls pedi. The daughter finished my pedi and started my mani. The family of 4 are in a rush and they said they are going to leave. I could see they were agitated that there were only 3 workers. They needed to be in Phoenix by 3. Never in my life have I seen ANY business take someone who came first then put them last. I had acetone on my fingers for over 45 minutes in tin foil. My skin broke out terribly. I understand this family was in a rush but I had things to do, and I’m sure the poor girl next to me did too. To be there first and then put last is beyond terrible business. Not only did this business lose 2 dedicated clients, they lost having the chance of gaining a family of 4 because they lied about the amount of workers working. Terrible business practices. I ended up walking out because I was leaving to Europe the next day and I did not have the time to wait for the girl to do a man’s pedicure and a daughter manicure. Horrible, they lost $3000 a year from me, and I was a big tipper too. Shame. I took my business to Nail Zone.

1 star for the business overall, 2 stars for the daughter that is sweet that works there.

At first, I wasn't very pleased with my technician. I came in for a full set of pink and whites, and I felt he put the pink up too high on my nail. I expressed this to him, and asked if he could put more pink, and less white, so as to look more natural. His response was basically that it would grow out over time, and I wouldn't have to get a fill as soon, which I understand, but isn't what I asked for. The end result was better than I was expecting, so that was a relief. But what pleased me the most was the owner. This place has a lot of good reviews, which is why I chose it. And she did not disappoint. She noticed I wasn't exactly pleased, and offered me a discount. She really listened to my concerns, and was so sweet and apologetic. She changed the whole tone of my experience and we ended up hugging it out. She understands what excellent customer service, and next time I'm in town, I plan to visit her shop again.

I just went to serene nail spa Annie did my nails and eyebrow wax absolutely such an amazing experience shes amazing super nice and does an amazing job! I super recommend this place anyone here is a great choice to go to!

Annie did the most beautiful nail art and Kim gave me the most natural almond shape! I showed them a sample photo and these nails came out looking like exact replicas. Very affordable and the people are very sweet.

Wasn’t happy originally with how my nails came out, some of the issue was in part of me not speaking up during my original visit. But I ended extremely happy with the work Kim did on my nails! She fixed them for me.

Hello, Kim, and Annie!! This is Jeff, me and Connie have been coming to your business for several years. And, you take care of my toe nails. Annie is awesome at keeping them maintained and Kim is awesome at keeping my ingrown toe nail from bothering me. Thank you both, SO very much!! But, I miss you, guys. Something happened to your business and it is all boarded up. I hope everyone is OK. I miss seeing you guys!! I need to see you as soon as possible, as my ingrown toenail is bothering me again.
