One of the hair stylist didn't know what she was doing. Every salon I called said "since your hair is already bleached blonde, we will have to do a filler pigment and then the actual color to get the red you want." So I thought that it was known that I essentially needed two hair treatments to get the red color that I wanted. I only picked this place just because there was a $10 difference in starting price, but it was not worth the lack of knowledge. I went and this lady only did one treatment. The color came out perfect, but the color came out in less the 4 washes/less than 2 weeks. I called and told them what was happening, then they proceeded to give me a hard time "well you can't wash your hair every day" you can't do this or that when I wasn't. The owner finally figured out on the phone that the stylist didn't do the two treatments to put in the filler pigment and let me make an appt to pay for just the filler. I went in and the owner even explained to the stylist what she did wrong. The owner said "deposit the filler pigment" and the stylist was like "What? Deposit? She doesn't have to make a deposit?" And that's when I should have just walked out. She STILL didn't understand what she was talking about. Got my hair done, faded in like 3-4 weeks this time and so I just ended up going somewhere else. 2 stars because it seems like the owner knows what's up and they were really nice, but that doesn't make up for the incompetence. I've had my hair colored red multiple different times from multiple different starting points and it has never faded this significantly. Pictures of the fading are after the 2 weeks and it was essentially the same the second time I went.

Highly recommended. Great little place! Anthony, Vanessa and Summer made me feel right at home. I went from long hair to a Pixie Cut and Summer worked her magic. Absolutely in love with the results. I have found my forever salon. Thank you ????

I love my haircut Summer did for me. She also did a great job on my husband's hair. I felt welcome and enjoyed my time at the salon. Ilene (not sure of spelling), was wonderful at shampooing my hair. I will return.

I had Vanessa cut my hair as a walk in. I showed her two photos and she got to work. She provided nice conversation and was detailed and quick with the cut. She asked if I liked the length multiple times to ensure I was fully satisfied. She even recommended a wavy perm to help with my fine hair. It was not something I had ever considered but am definitely thinking about now. I appreciated how professional and courteous she was. I'll definitely come back to her.

Vanessa and Anthony are literally the best colorists and stylists! I moved, but drove back 3.5 hours because they are worth it and I love their sweet family!

Vanessa,Tony,Summer and the rest of the family are amazing and they do a wonderful job on womens and boys hair alike! I won't go anywhere else,they treat you like family once you start coming to see then for a cut

I have been going to Salon Seraphina since I was 16 years old. I've had many haircuts dyes and styles from Vanessa and she does such an amazing job! She does my eyebrows as well and I REFUSE to go to anyone else! She has done my makeup for my wedding and my graduation and when I say this woman makes me look stunning every time I step out her salon I am being truly honest! Vanessa is the best and the fact that this is a family run salon makes it even better. They are always respectful and they have that friendly vibe that people want to be around! If you have any needs I'd really recommend salon seraphina ❤

This is listed under my husbands account however i am writing this review. This salon is amazing. My hair was gold when i tried to lighten my hair at home from dark brown to platinum. Not only did Summer and Anthony get my hair to the most beautiful shade of icy platinum blonde that i wanted there was no damage. Anthony answered all the questions i had with patience. They are the most talented group of stylists i have ever met. I left that salon feeling like a celebrity. I have received more compliments on my hair. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks Summer and Anthony definitely a 100 ???? rating. Love Molly
