I got a hair wash, trim, and blow dry and Ruth’s hair salon and charged me $60. The girl that did my hair was very nice and careful with my hair since is very thin, does not require a lot of work per say, but the price that The owner or person in charge priced me was ridiculous. I recommend the girl that did my hair but not the business, You don’t overcharged customers if you want to keep them. Not business smart.
I go to Ruth Salon often their prices are not consistent I took my mom about 1 1/2 ago they charged her $25.00 took her this past week and they charged her $40.00 mind you my mom's hair is short and all she wanted was edging on the sides.....I also did my hair wash, blow and straighten usually I would pay $30.00 they charged me $45.00 crazy. If they want to keep customers they should have their prices the same not change them when they fell like it. I understand everything has gone up, but they have been doing this for a while....KEEP YOUR PRICES THE SAME!!!!!

I love Ruth”s salon because everybody over there is happy! I like Dignora, the lady who does my hair because all the time she puts a smile on my face when she cuts or blowers my hair ! She is a very happy person, and I can see her happiness the way she tríes people!
Every time I visit Tampa I visit her salon. She is amazing and the staff.
Ruth is amazing ! My hair had been short and would never grow. Ruth has given me great cuts and treatments to hair and it’s so healthy and long now. I love the way she explains what not to do or use on my hair to keep it healthy and stop breakage. Her blow outs are the best ! Very professional and talented! Would recommend anyone to come here!
Alexandra is the bomb!! But Ruth burned my head and my hair. My hair would always go back to its natural state with Alexandra but I believe Ruth burned it out with wayyyyy too much heat. My hair looks stringy and straight at the ends now.
This is a good salon, the problem is that their prices for the same service (wash, cut and dry) changes constantly and is never the same. I recently had my hair cut by my great hairdresser Alessandra. Alessandra toke her time to suggest styles that works best for me. I cut my long hair into a Blunt Bob. I am in love with my cut. One problem that I noticed while getting my hair cut and style is that owner kept rushing my hairdresser, making none-stop suggestions, and won’t leave her alone to focus on her client. Very disappointing experience, let your talented employees do their job.
I give me hairdresser a 5 star, but the owner 2 and the salon 3.
